Went to use the pool and the hot tube was not hot. Temp felt like the pool but a little warmer but not by much.

I make 8 to 10 visits to this community every year and book a room here if rooms are available. Although there are less expensive hotel options in the community I have always had positive experiences when staying at this property and continue to book room stays here.

The hotel was comfortable, in good condition & conveniently located to where we needed to be. Unfortunately, I was disappointed w/ the overall cleanliness of the bathroom.

The door on our room 313 was very hard to push open and hold open. The door closing mechanism was not adjusted correctly. My wife was in an electric wheelchair and it was a real struggle for her. The door would slam shut if you didn’t hold on to it. Thanks for letting us checkout late because of funeral

We will not be staying again in the future. We come to the area at least twice a year.
The sheets did not fit the bed. We woke up in a bundle of sheets beneath us. Please invest in better linens. While you are at it replace the mattresses. Our mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Lastly the unit that heats and cools the room was very noisy and the temp in the room was cold when the AC was running and hot when it was not.

Very nice building, common areas, breakfast area, and overall setup. And yes room & bathroom were awesome. Clean. More than I expected! Staff, not so great…rarely anyone at the front desk. Usually a sign to call someone. Maybe it’s a staffing issue. I also think, maybe I’m old school, they should all be showered / hygiene and wear uniforms. Cleaning staff was very polite and got what I needed. Thank you
