Lovely hotel and staff couldnt be more lovely Easy to get to all the sites too!

Camera con cucina molto ampia e luminosa ma 1)fredda al mio arrivo ed anche dopo perchè il termosifone era chiuso. Sono dovuti venire ad aprirlo perché valvola in posizione difficile tra parete e mobile - 2) unico termosifone in cucina dove una serranda guasta e restava aperta. Se si voleva privacy (camera al piano primo) bisognava chiudere tenda/porta della cucina e si restava senza il tepore del termosifone. - 3) ristorante con ottimo piatto di carne ma ad un prezzo leggermente eccessivo: inaccettabile il servizio, molto lento anche nel prendere l'ordine, condizionato dal fatto che credo due camerieri insufficienti.

It’s in a great location to access the local bus stop to the slopes. Also next to ski hire and other local shops. However the hotel itself I feel is more 3 stars. The rooms are very dated, on occasions smelly ( in bathrooms). The breakfast is excellent but expensive. The dinner was a shocker - awkward service and food very salty. Quality terrible. The other local restaurants had much better options. All in all I would shortlist if your options are limited. I personally would not recommend.

In 2023, WIFI should work properly. No joy during our stay. I have stayed at this hotel ＞ 80 days in my life, and I have always loved it. Some trip hazards noticeable to someone with limited mobility. Easy to fix. Service at front desk was very good.

A beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Everything is just what you would expect from a modern hotel with a history. My room was facing the street and the mountains - with an alchove where I could work. Really a gem. The town has several good running routes, too

Pros: Nice hotel, nice room, nice pool. Cons: Mainly rude staff, WiFi not working, kitchen filthy beyond words. The worst thing about it though was how they are trying to con guests about the quality of their food - „Original Sacherwürstel“ for standard frankfurters, „homemade“ Gniocchetti straight out the packet, etc. I’m Austrian myself and the dishonest behaviour of some black sheep shines a bad light on all of us. Shameful!

Beautiful, good facilities, excellent location with easy bus access to Innsbruck, beautiful views from the balcony and efficient and nice staff. I would definitely go here again.

The staff were attentive to my request (early check in). The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Overall excellent hotel.
