This is a brand new hotel, very clean and new

Daniel at checkin is simply the best hotel staff we met in our entire trip. Extremely customer oriented and very cheerful. Told us all we need to know and more. Room is very very clean and beds so comfortable. Will only stay with Hamptons the next time I visit USA.

I felt that the plumbing was not great. The toilet in the room and the toilet in the lobby both flushed very poorly and needed to be flushed multiple times. Also I would suggest that housekeeping checks the clocks in the rooms because the alarm was set for 6 am and went off multiple times and was difficult to figure out how to turn off. Not ideal.

Amazing brand new, extremely safe hotel. I would stay again, if the need arises. I’d also pick this hotel over any in the area. With that being said, the staff failed to respond to an email request within the ******* App. They did, however, deliver on my request, so I assume they read the email. Thank you to the hotel. It’s Gilroy. There’s not much around, but smaller restaurants. No chains except Fast Food and Denny’s that is literally the worst (most are good food, reasonably good service, at the very least), but the Gilroy Denny’s needs new management. The hotel wasn’t quite warm enough, so make sure to call ahead and confirm the readiness of the pool if you plan to use it. Definitely a winner in my books.

Service was great, checkin was great. The gym was locked and difficult to access. The pool was locked and difficult to access. Everything required us to go to front desk to access.

Nice room and very quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff at check-in. Would stay here again if in the area.

This was the best hotel stay I've ever stayed for business or personal. This time my stay was business related and i had some things shipped to the hotel for a trade show. Eric and the young lady up front was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They brought the items up to my room which was very helpful since i had to check in later at night. The hotel and rooms were CLEAN. Cleaner than some 5 star resorts i've stayed at. They had a snack and food section by the front desk where the water bottles were free and everything else is reasonably priced. This hotel left such an impression on me, it compelled me to write this. It's my new standard for any hotel stays in the future. I will be back to stay here for my future business trips in the area. Thank you Eric and the young lady at the front desk, I regret not getting her name but if you read this you are awesome! Thanks again and see you soon.
