「Horrible experience at the hotel. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and openly racist. We had to pay an additional charge at checkout without being notified of it beforehand, too. However, the room was fairly clean and the outdoor pool was beautiful. If not for the rude and racist staff, it would have been a nice place to stay.」

「非常非常美的酒店，酒店麪積很大，位於古城中心，完全是一個改完後現代化的古堡。加了40歐升級到酒店最好的一個房間，約100平米，房間各種設施非常貼心和現代化。 酒店旁邊有一家米其林二星餐廳，165歐一人的套餐共16道菜，味道非常贊。 酒店有一個花園餐廳，桔子樹，草地環繞，非常美。」

「這家酒店獨具特色，進入大堂就發現酒店充滿藝術氣息。酒店附近交通不是很方便，往來於火車站之間乘坐出租車最為便捷，如果是早上出發酒店工作人員可以幫助預約出租車。Cáceres 是一個獨具特色的城市非常值得參觀。酒店附近有家樂福可以隨時補充日常用品。酒店附近的餐廳也多。」

「This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.」
