「Best Western Plus Buxton Hotel Stayed here for one night during my Peak District trip. The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of Buxton and close to the Pavilion Gardens, bus stops, and walking routes. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm — perfect after a long day of hiking. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. A solid choice if you’re exploring Buxton and the Peak District using public transport.」

「The room (No.3) is excellent in its appointment. This has been tastefully modernised. Five stars for the room and its furniture. However… I was warned that weekends can be ‘noisy’ That is putting it mildly. I stayed for Friday night and Saturday night. The room faces onto the busy main road. Bars aroubd pulsed loud music into the wee small hours. It cannot be described as ‘restful’. In fairness I was warned by the owner. Perhaps Sunday night and mid-week nights are better. I would have given 5 stars throughout but have marked down location and amenities to reflect the noise.」
