「非常好的夜晚住宿體驗，週六到達後辦理入住手續，然後在房間裡休息了一會兒，直到下樓去游泳池，發現 18:35 關門，但仍然有人在裡面游泳，所以我問了接待處，那位女士說最後入場時間是 18:15，週六晚上 7 點關門，如果他們在辦理入住手續時我們就會辦理這一點，我們就會盡我們7 點。那天晚上晚些時候我們去了酒吧吃了晚飯，食物價格合理，有多種選擇，然後我們回到房間，睡了個好覺，沒有任何抱怨。早上醒來，我們沒有選擇每人11英鎊的早餐，因為入住時他們告訴我們必須在8:45之前下樓吃早餐，而那天是母親節，時鐘要撥快，我們根本趕不上。所以我們決定先睡個懶覺，11點前退房，然後去桑拿、蒸氣室和游泳池，之後感覺非常好，放鬆身心，感覺神清氣爽。 飯店房間迎賓禮包最好包含所有資訊，例如 Spindles 泳池和健身房的關閉時間以及用餐時間。 酒吧區的員工也非常情緒化。」

「Front office staff all great. Nice gym. Rooms refurbished, neat and clean though a bit small. Only complaint is the housekeeping. A little spotty. One of the day no housekeeping despite hanging the housekeeping required card outside the door the whole day. And then 2 of the days they just removed the rubber mat for the bath tub. I asked reception to for it to be replaced and they gave me fabric floor mats instead of rubber mats. So in all, will recommend for the location if you wanna stay around the airport but not at the airport. There is a small town Crawley for food, malls and supermarket within walking distance.」

「Dry clean a little distant from Gatwick Airport a taxi is required appointment cost 25£ there is a pu about 49mins walk although the road is quite quick so care is needed the breakfast was very good」

「Excellent base for travelling out of the U.K. or for day visits into London - for those that want to avoid crazy high-season Central London hotel prices.  Ample car parking and good connections to London either via Gatwick (~ £25 taxi) or via Ifield or Crawley rail stations into London Victoria. This is typically a base camp - good buffet breakfast is provided - cook breakfast needs to be ordered in advance - don’t expect full 24hr room service but do expect to meet a friendly bunch of staff - big shout out to Mohammed - who do seem to care and make any stay comfortable. Carparking is free whilst you are a resident - and special rates are offered for these leaving their cars when flying out of Gatwick.」
