酒店環境很漂亮，像皇家園林，沙灘非常不錯，海水很清澈.酒店的kid club 活動也很豐富，適合親子 缺點就是房間有點陳舊了，被罩不太乾淨，有需要幫忙問what’s up 客服，先問我房間號，回答後説不提供，感覺不好，但其他工作人員服務都很好，笑臉相迎，早餐不好吃，水果也不太新鮮

懸崖房風景很好，房間非常大，而且整潔，乾濕分離，每個房間自帶陽台。酒店提供的洗浴用品也非常好，每天還不錯無限量提供酒店自己過濾的純凈水。酒店每天有安排活動，可以看着參加。 設施：很多泳池，水質很好。還有小孩最愛的沙灘泳池，有一個小小的私人沙灘，不適合游水，但泡下水是ok 的 早餐：大差不差，吃飽就行 周邊環境：附近有工地，但沒啥噪音，就是有點影響觀景。 交通：離市區比較遠，出入要打車，附近沒有便利店。

I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

綜合性度假村，吃喝玩樂設施都有，酒店每天都有不同的活動安排，有私家海灘，水質和沙子都不錯，白人很多，附近有超市和餐廳，建設較早，設施相對舊了點，在這片海灘的度假村裡算是性價比高的

首先要說的是，這家飯店整體來說不錯，但不算是四星級。 飯店位於水明漾最繁華的街道之一，我們住在那裡的時候，街上車來車往，車流幾乎停滯。 我們住的是豪華房，可以看到稻田的景色，而且是朝陽的那邊。景色真的很美。 床很大，很硬，很舒服，每人兩個枕頭，也很舒服。 兩個人的儲物空間非常小。房間的角落斜對著一張桌子，用螺絲固定著，桌子後面有一面鏡子，這個設計讓人摸不著頭腦，不知道是做什麼用的。用它當梳妝台很不方便，因為桌子和鏡子之間有個洞；用它當書桌也不方便，因為空調吹到脖子上會很燙。 順便說一句，因為酒店在黎明那邊，早上不開空調會很熱，即使開著空調睡覺也很冷。 關於浴室：一家四星級飯店每人只提供一條毛巾，還有一條普通的擦腳毛巾──這簡直是胡扯！前台說不允許提供更多。而且沒有洗手液，我以前從未見過這種東西。他們說這在飯店標準裡也是不被允許的。 我們要了一把刀，結果來了個男服務員，拿著水果切好拿過來。我們還拿了熨斗，等了20分鐘，還催了兩次。 泳池沒什麼好說的，我們沒用，但就這麼大的飯店來說，泳池看起來確實小了點。 早餐很豐盛，有很多好吃的，主菜、糕點和水果都有。飯店還有一個單獨的攤位，可以做煎蛋或煎蛋捲。 整體來說，印像不錯，飯店的主要功能完美實現，如果能彌補不足，那就更好了。 附註：陽台上不能曬東西，但我們還是晾乾了。雖然風吹日曬，東西晚上總算晾乾了，但得把它們綁起來，以免被風吹走。

飯店本身還不錯，但更像是4顆星而不是5顆星。它位於貝諾瓦，而不是努沙杜瓦。 這裡的海灘截然不同。沒有開放空間，更像是一些有淺水池的小海灣，用浮標保護。似乎所有面向努沙杜瓦的酒店都是這樣。而且，海床完全無法解釋，彷彿被什麼東西覆蓋著。我們沒能在這裡游泳，而是去了努沙杜瓦的海灘。 飯店很小，建築和泳池幾乎佔據了整個空間。然而，酒店設計精良——一切都合乎邏輯，有機可乘。 早餐不錯，而且可以在餐桌上點各種各樣的煎蛋捲和咖啡，非常方便。 飯店員工很棒！非常友好，這點很貼心。 升級到朝前的房間真是一份很棒的禮物；我們可以在陽台上聽現場音樂。 酒店給我們留下了良好的印象，但對我們來說，海灘至關重要，所以下次我們會去努沙杜瓦。

入住很順利。工作人員很友好。 酒店很大,他們有3個街區。我得到了街區的遠端,離前台和餐館以及吸菸的開放空間有點距離。 在2種情況下,我走到房間,門卡無法工作。這發生在2個不同的晚上。我不得不走下來,讓它重置,但工作人員沒有爲此道歉。第一次發生的時候還好,第二次發生的時候,我氣死了,因爲從房間到前台要走很長的路。 如果您訂購送餐,在接待處將需要很長的步行時間。 如果你在接待級別得到了房間,我相信這將是一次很棒的體驗,就像第一次在小套房裏,但這次並不愉快。 雖然爲家務而豎起大拇指,但我發現我有很多襯衫躺在沙發上,他們帶來了一個小衣服架,掛了我的襯衫。

位置非常棒，距離機場約30分鐘車程，鄰近海灘，走路5分鐘內可到，沿途還有不少的外幣兌換商鋪！往另一方向走，就是沿途餐廳商販的繁華商店街！ 飯店附設餐廳，價格可接受，但一旦加上消費稅，服務費，就暴增。但餐廳的料理口味算是不錯，可以試試。每天供應的早餐雖然樣式不多，但每天不重樣，不會讓人吃膩。還附有新鮮水果跟沙拉吧，營養均衡！ 房務人員作業勤快，吃早餐的短短時間就把房間整理的一塵不染，效率超高。 所有的員工，包含警衛人員，見到顧客都會微笑打招呼，非常親切有禮！ 泳池也不錯，小小的，但有躺椅，有海灘浴巾，不用去沙灘也可以玩水曬太陽！ 房間的設備就有些陳舊，浴室是乾濕分離。但是淋浴間的門無法密封完全，水非常容易溢出到廁所部分。淋浴也是採固定式的雨林花灑，但水孔似乎保養不宜…整個淋浴的水是四散亂噴，還有部分是射牆上～😮💨整體水流就無法集中，變得非常微弱，需要花更多時間沖澡。又因為是固定式的，身體總有些部位無法清潔到位。浴室真的是整間飯店的最大敗筆⋯⋯

庫塔 100 Sunset Hotel 在我們七週的住宿期間一次又一次給我們留下了深刻的印象。我們總共在那裡住過四次，每次都感受到熱烈的歡迎。飯店完美地結合了舒適、友善和一流的服務。 房間寬敞、乾淨、佈置時尚，營造出輕鬆的氛圍。非常友好和細心的工作人員值得特別提及，他們總是努力滿足我們的需求並盡可能讓我們的住宿愉快。 酒店的位置非常理想——位於市中心但又很安靜。您可以快速到達庫塔的主要景點，同時享受寧靜的休息。泳池區是另一個亮點，非常適合忙碌一天後放鬆身心。 100 Sunset Hotel 絕對是我們樂意再次光臨的地方。我們強烈推薦它並期待下次入住！

性價比高，非常適合我這種窮遊的，房間一般但是每個房間都有陽台這讓我很意外，床墊很軟睡起來非常舒服。最讓我感到意外的是服務員非常有服務意識，懂禮貌見面就微笑問好，印象非常好！
