「This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms. Ours was clean and spacious. The staff was generally very good and assisted with things like booking taxis. The beach is not private - only the access path to the beach is private. That did not pose a problem for us. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay 11000 rupees each for a mandatory New Year’s Eve party. They insisted we had been notified when we had not, and claimed they could not check us in until we paid. It felt extortive to insist on this payment with no prior notification (and, they first said we had definitely been contacted but they couldn’t find proof, and later said they hadn’t had a way to contact us). Ultimately we did pay with a discount and enjoyed the party. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would warn anyone saying over Christmas or New Years that these extremely expensive, mandatory parties will occur.」

「Здравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.」

「The best customer service ever . A very warm welcome received when entered . The ambience was awesome . Nice and lovely location . Beach was close by . The spa treatments were the best ,Also a very good cuisine for breakfast . I loved my stay」

「They did not give water even each day, we had to go and ask for everything. Wifi was not working, but they mentioned it in amenities. Tv was not working with cables, for that as well we had to call multiple times the service guys and they fixed but again it was same. Even in bathrooms they gave soaps that too very small soap and for 2 nights of stay. Every day we had to ask the service guy to for even little things. The location is fine though, the beach is at walkable distance and it was a peaceful beach.」

「This hotel is on the riverbank of sal. We took the river view room. As the name suggests, got a 180 degree window which will let you view the river. At night we used to sit on the balcony and enjoy the nature. Excellent property and the staffs.」

「We stayed at wooden cottage for 3 days. The staff was very helpful ***** with manager - mr. Sanjay who was just call away - approachable & understanding. Resort have a swimming pool. The room was spacious, and comfortable. The premises is very green and they have spice plantation there. Food (dinner) was as per local style & ingredients. Cavelossim beach was 10 mins walk away. Those who want peaceful and quite goa experience then this is the resort.」
