Breakfast options are limited 4/4 breakfast at 6:10 AM, with many dishes missing. 4/5 Breakfast Everything is fine 2. The bathroom has very little water, with hot water alternating between cold and hot. 3. Check out at 9:55 AM and let me stand for 30 minutes. There is only one counter attendant. J'avais réservé une chambre avec fenêtre. Mais quand je suis arrivée, on a voulu me donner une chambre sans fenêtre. J'ai protesté énergiquement et j'ai alors obtenu une chambre avec une fenêtre mais qui ne s'ouvre pas. La chambre est triste et la salle de bain très mal commode, trop petite, avec une mauvaise douche. Je trouve le prix excessif pour ces médiocres prestations.

The place has a lot of potential, and we had a generally pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating, and we appreciated their flexibility with both check-in and check-out. They also provided bellboy assistance for our luggage upon arrival and departure, and the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. Some of the door knobs were broken, and the restroom doors had no locks. We also requested assistance to fix the restroom drainage and remove a frozen cockroach from the refrigerator, but unfortunately, no one attended to these concerns before we checked out. Since the weather was bad during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time inside the accommodation, making the condition and cleanliness of the room even more important. I hope the management prioritizes regular maintenance and improves room cleanliness to provide a better guest experience. Overall, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.
