「Resepsiyona ilk girişimizde güler yüzleriyle karşıladılar orada bulunan 2 bayan arkadaşımız sonrasında odamıza geçtiğimizde yatağımızda problem vardı arayıp ulaştığımda yeni odamızı deniz tarafına ayarladıkları için memnuniyet duydum resepsiyonda bulunan arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ederim.」

「Excellent stay with an outstanding staff. Upon our arrival, we immediately felt genuine hospitality. Ayman quickly explained everything to us, helped with the luggage, and constantly checked on us – we really enjoyed it! Since we don't speak Turkish, Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza were invaluable; they helped us with taxis and recommended wonderful restaurants serving delicious food. Fahad kindly brought the medicine I needed and often served me tea – what warm care! The breakfast was delicious and nutritious; the hotel food in general was tasty and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious, everything worked well, and cleaning was prompt. The pool was very clean, the sun loungers were tidy, and the staff provided clean towels (extremely important!). Special thanks to Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza for their exceptional work, and to the manager for the excellent selection of staff. We will definitely be back!」
