酒店距離機場幾公里的距離有免費班車接送，每半小時一輛、酒店衞生不錯，裏面東西都還算新，空間也可以，在芝加哥對比其他酒店性價比很高了！早餐品類也可以！週末到10 點結束早餐.

對去芝加哥會議中心參會的人員來説，該酒店的位置及環境（直接連接會議中心）非常適合，離芝加哥華埠也近（走路15分鐘）。酒店提供的早餐也不錯。但我住的房間的淋浴設施的水温調節非常不合理，叫了維修師傅也沒能解決。早上起來參會前不能洗個熱水澡，整天無精打采的，跟前台溝通了也沒得到補償。

酒店位於Loop區，安全係數比較高。 地理位置優越，緊臨芝加哥河，遊船很方便。去各個景點都很方便，無論去華麗一公里還是千禧公園 芝加哥藝術博物館都可步行。 酒店服務尚可，不主動提供洗漱用品，但可要求前台提供。 需要提醒各位：選擇房間的時候，建議選擇不帶早餐的房間。所謂的帶早餐衹是給你一張20美金的券，去一樓的餐廳用餐，但，20美金沒辦法吃到一頓稱心如意的早餐，還需要給小費税費。關鍵是：含早和不含早的差價差不多可以訂一間不帶早餐的房了。酒店給出的解釋是：含早的價格是可以讓客户在入住前幾小時隨時取消預訂，僅僅是給了你取消預訂的權利而已。這是唯一入住不愉快的一點，入住5晚，花了近6000元買了這個早餐。攜程提供的解決方案雖然是杯水車薪，但，出門在外心情好比較重要，也就作罷。希望攜程今後能在產品明細上寫清各條款，也希望評論能幫助大家～

酒店位置很好，千禧公園邊上，朝向公園的房間視野挺開闊的。樓下有超市也有餐廳，還算方便。房間中規中矩，面積挺大，但設施比較舊。 但酒店沒有泳池衹有健身房，也沒有早餐餐廳，這兩點要扣分，也讓我有點出乎意料，以為豪華酒店這兩項應該是標配。 訂的是帶早飯的房間，因為沒有餐廳，衹能通過送餐到房間的方式用餐。但酒店早餐規則很不合理，雖然有每天31刀/人的早餐限額（對應菜單上30-31刀的早餐套餐）。但這個限額不包含送餐費，服務費，税費。等於還要自掏腰包30刀才能吃頓正常早飯。 退房的時候和酒店反應了政策不合理後，酒店方答應會在賬單裏免除這部分費用，但到機場後收到的賬單顯示被收了全額的早餐費（連套餐本身的價格都收了）每天將近100刀。最後通過攜程和代理的持續溝通才將這部分費用退回。結果是好的，但過程很曲折。

市中心性價比很高的一家酒店。位置很好，離開華麗1公里很近，門口就是紅線grang地鐵口，去博物館和千禧公園很方便，門口還有公交站點。房間和衞生間挺大的，設施齊全，有微波爐，冰箱。前台服務很熱情，衞生狀況較好。

喜歡住舊時建的酒店，氣派確實挺到位，地方很大，感覺更適合一家人來住，可以加床，環境也很不錯，在360芝加哥附近，走路非常舒適的定點。衹是第一天晚上發現窗子是打開的，蚊子聚成一角，需要酒店人員馬上來處理，於是後續都緊閉窗户，以免夜長夢多，除了這個別的都不錯，交通還算便利。

飛機晚點了，酒店有班車Airport shuttle bus ,機場T2出來等了大約15分鐘，白色的巴士，整體裝修還不錯，算乾淨整潔，服務挺好。二樓早餐品種不算多，但還行。整體覺得便捷，給好評。

我們到達時被告知電梯故障。我們必須自己扛著沉重的行李走到一樓，而飯店工作人員本應協助我們搬運。 飯店的接駁車服務很好，司機非常友善，而且很專業。他指引我們到正確的下車航廈。 早餐雖然簡單，但足以填飽我們的肚子。 👍

My Honest Experience After Reading Negative Reviews I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
