Relax in the rocking chairs or swing on the large front porch at The Porter Lake House in Star Point Village, 1.5 miles to Star Point Resort. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath has room for up to eight guests, including one queen bed in the master bedroom, then a twin bunk bed and a twin/full/trundle bed in the second bedroom. There's also a pullout futon in the living room for additional sleeping room if needed. A full kitchen is ready to make your own meals. Because we take coffee seriously :) , there is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig available. The large back deck has a gas grill, hammock and table that overlooks the surrounding woods for relaxing. This is a comfortable cabin for family getaways or for couples who want a place to relax after a day at the lake. Stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap is available for use. You won't get bored while stay at the Lake House with cornhole, board games, darts, air hockey, and foosball in house. Theres also a brand new hot tub after a great day on the lake or taking advantage of the many hiking trails and waterfalls a short drive away!With free WIFI and a 65" screen TV you can stay connected or head outside and enjoy a fire at the firepit. The nearby Eastport Marina has small boat rentals as well as a restaurant that boasts the "best cheeseburger on the lake" (dine-in or takeout) and small store for essentials. There are other dining options a short drive away as well several local wineries and distilleries for those inclined to partake!
