Located on a quiet lane next to Sunnyside Park, it is minutes away from Downtown Pullman, WSU, Martin Stadium, grocery stores and many restaurants. University of Idaho is a short 20 minutes away. My home is next to a beautiful paved walking trail that meanders through the neighborhood, green spaces and Sunnyside park.This is a clean and comfortable 3 level townhome (approx 2000 sq ft total) that can accommodate up to 10 people. The 2 car garage is on the main level and opens into the kitchen, dining area with snack bar, and living room with a powder bathroom. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms and 3 queen beds. The basement has another full bathroom, laundry room and large family room with a twin/full bunk bed. There are 2 Couches with fold out beds for additional sleeping. My home is family friendly with toys in the basement closet. A high chair and porta crib are available for use and are stored in the upstairs bedroom #2 closet. Smart TVs are on the main floor and in the basement family room.
