「Excellent location on the river and walkable to everything in town. The hotel has an old world charm to it. All its staff from reception to dining to bellboy were extremely alert and on the ball. The general manager made his rounds during breakfast to make sure guests were happy. Reception took care of our tours and onwards transportation. Thank you !」

「Soggiorno molto positivo al Paris Hôtel di Chau Doc, nonostante sia una struttura semplice e probabilmente classificabile come due stelle. Le camere erano pulite, lenzuola nuove e materasso confortevole. Solo qualche dettaglio migliorabile (un po’ di polvere sotto il letto e sui ripiani), ma nel complesso tutto davvero in ordine. Ho notato che stanno facendo diversi aggiornamenti, come la porta d’ingresso e i materassi, segno evidente di cura e volontà di migliorare. Il vero punto di forza è il personale: incredibilmente disponibile e onesto. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare la visita alla foresta, inclusi i biglietti, contattando direttamente la reception del centro visite. Ci hanno noleggiato uno scooter in perfette condizioni, e non ci hanno chiesto nulla in più nemmeno quando, per fretta, non abbiamo fatto in tempo a fare rifornimento. Hanno organizzato per noi il trasferimento a Can Tho, comprensivo di prenotazione del bus (con biglietti già in mano!) e del bus navetta fino alla stazione. La posizione è ottima per esplorare a piedi le attrazioni principali della città. In più, consiglio vivamente di noleggiare uno scooter e perdersi tra le stradine a nord: risaie, palme da cocco, canali e piccoli ponti creano un paesaggio indimenticabile. Personale gentilissimo e con buon livello di inglese, che ha reso tutto ancora più facile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Assolutamente consigliato.」

「The hotel was excellent, and the service was incredibly friendly. As a solo traveller, I really enjoyed my stay here and felt very well looked after. The receptionist was brilliant—he was extremely helpful with everything I needed and was also great to chat to, with excellent English. The staff were all amazing and more than happy to help with anything I needed during my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely bedding and excellent showers. The views from the hotel are also beautiful, and the breakfast was brilliant. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Chau Doc.. The staff are incredibly accommodating, the rooms are excellent, and the overall service really made my stay enjoyable」
