洛奇費恩温泉酒店(Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa)

Hotel en bord de loch, et à 800 mètres du centre de Inveraray. Un grand parking, des grandes chambres, un restaurant joliment meublé servant de bons plats, et un espace détente pour profiter un maximum. Dommage que lors de ma venue, 2 jacuzzi sur 3 aient été hors service.

The Loch Fyne is in a fabulous position and is a quality hotel but we found the service and food quality in the Bistro to be below expectations. Because of the orientation of the accommodation wing there are limited sea view rooms available but our Classic room was a good size, clean and a comfortable bed. En suite was a good size with a large shower. The Pool & Spa are very good with full access for residents to the Pool, Salt Room, Steam Room, Outdoor Hot Tub with Sauna, additional charges only apply for treatments and special experience packages. The Loch View bar & Cladach Mor Bistro are also very comfortable but we found the service to be overly casual and lacking genuine hospitality. In particular we were surprised not to be able to check and sign our bill to our room account each evening, even when I asked to do so, and at check out on leaving the hotel there were discrepancies which were difficult to assess and challenge at reception. In retrospect I believe we were overcharged for some drinks and in the circumstances I regret not having withdrawn the "optional" service charge from our bill! My biggest food disappointment was the Loch Fyne Linguine dish which I expected to have fresh Prawns & Crab befitting the Loch Fyne location. What I received was a plate of overcooked pasta with probably frozen shrimps, finely flaked crabmeat in a bought-in seafood sauce. With hindsight I should have returned it directly to the kitchen! I believe this was the Crab & Shrimp linguine from the lunch/lounge menu at 2/3 the cost, nothing like the photo on the Bistro page of the website! Unfortunately these issues have led to an overall disappointment with our Loch Fyne experience.

The Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa has evolved into a first-class establishment with an amazing restaurant worthy of the best establishments in London. The rooms are well-appointed. The staff are completely professional with a “can-do” attitude. And the location and view are very Fyne.

Great full Scottish breakfasts with haggis. Relaxing Spa. Look out for the Sauna outside the pool overlooking Lock Fyne.

The location of this hotel and the staff are good. However, the hotel needs a lot of investment. The rooms are shabby, entrance hall and corridors dilapidated, and smelly. Heating didn't work even though we reported it. The staff make the hotel work.

Stayed overnight with my son before he left to go back overseas, very luxurious, food was amazing however did find bar prices abit steep. Beds were extremely comfortable with quality pillows, didn't have enough time to experience the spa or outdoor hot tubs but they looked am amazing!

There is not much to recommend this hotel except the view ( which we did not have from our room) Its very tired throughout and certainly falls well below its 4 star category. The bedrooms and amenities are poor in many aspects. The restaurant despite is location serves lacklustre seafood - worst.we had in the highlands Ther are many much better that cost less.

Wow! What a wonderful visit to Loch Fyne Hotel! Our faith in Scottish hospitality has been fully restored. From our first meeting with the Reception Team of Irish Niall, Lorna, Claire & Aidan, we felt at home. They were happy, warm, welcoming & even found our jokes funny. Aidan showed a maturity far beyond his years & deserves to go far in the hospitality biz. We wish him well!! Our new pal Niall, ably supported by Will, runs a happy ship, staffed by an international team of catering stars - professional, & dedicated to providing client satisfaction. Don’t be taken in by his “hail fellow” approach. Niall’s a pro’ to his toes & makes difficult jobs look easy. Honestly, we were blown away! We must also thank the friendly bar staff & the talented maintenance team, who iromptly resolved any minor issues with skill & a ready smile.. Couple all of the foregoing to our comfortable, well furnished room & we hope to return soon. All in all our visit was an absolute delight. Thank you all once again. Aileen & Ken XXX

Spent 5 days here. The location is beautiful and inveray is a lovely town a few minutes walk from the hotel. Food good breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly . Had a spa treatment and it was so relaxing . Hotel is on the lake so views are beautiful and hotel is a good base for traveling around. Would recommend
