RACV英孚羅馳度假村(Racv Inverloch Resort)

Pleasant 1 night stay, lots of contractors all over the place, I guess renovations are happening, restaurant was closed for dinner, not sure why, no room service available either, breakfast wasn’t included in our rate so we didn’t get to try buffet either, we might be back to use more facilities

Hi I thoroughly enjoyed my two day stay. My room was so practical and chic.I was upgraded to a room with a view of the sea and the birds. The gardens are all indigenous and the wetlands were terrific. The paths are well maintained and a walk around the property is always refreshing. The restaurant was closed on Tuesday and I missed it but I do understand why. The pool is a lovely area and another highlight for me. The staff is friendly and helpful and give a relaxing feeling to the resort. It is very well positioned as there is so much to see around the area. A lovely visit. Thank you

This is another high quality resort from RACV. We have stayed at Cape Schanck, Healesville, Noosa and now Inverloch. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We had a premium room with ocean view. Restaurant on site is okay. It's not fine dining and has a very limited menu and is a little pricey. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was satisfactory. The location and general ambience of this resort is attractive. We intend to return to do a day trip to Wilson's promontory. Highly recommend this resort, especially if you can get one of their package deals which are great value.

Disappointed to find that we had actually booked twin beds. Usually in this type of advertising, twin means two double beds. The photos of the room we selected showed the beds to look like two doubles. For the $350 night fee, we were not impressed. Our fridge had not been cleared or cleaned from previous occupants and we had to request attention. The buildings are set in lovely natural surroundings, some chips missing from paintwork, cocktails small sized, staff were friendly and the $25 a head breakfast was extensive and excellent.

Went with friends & dined at the RACV Restaurant. Quite disappointing. Staff were very slow in bringing our drinks especially the older tattooed waitress. She didn’t know which drinks were which therefore we had to taste & swap. Was rude & not good at her job. Had to ask for cutlery. Very sloppy for such a beautiful restaurant & amazing views.

Excellent resort. Big rooms. Great facilities inc. indoor pool and spa. Restaurant is fantastic. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning. All facilities are up to scratch. They also have electric vehicle chargers to charge the car overnight. Highly recommended

We didn’t stay at the resort but we enjoyed an amazing 2023 Christmas Day lunch. The quality and range of choices of food was amazing. Great service. This all made our Christmas Day very special. Thank you.

Would of got 5 out of 5 if bar staff knew what they were doing ,I think bar younger bar staff must of been in training, the elderly tattooed woman which was bar staff as well was so rude ,not helpful and seemed every thing she was doing was a effort. Snack foods in bar was fantastic and breakfast was great

Booked on line to come Monday 4th. Given my keys , settled in and I unpacked. Went to Wonthaggi hosp to spend time with a gravely ill friend (which was the purpose of my visit ) I then received phone call from RACV say I had to immediately return and take all my things to another room . They had given me the wrong room. No apologies . I was very upset at having to leave the hospital. No apologies . No compensation . Won’t be recommending it because of this .
