Breakfast is great with lots many options of fruits. Nice fresh British breakfast, the space is large the enough for many guests. Their bar is beautiful but I didn't get any drink because I found their prices too high and they close the bar very early around 9pm. I enjoyed my comfortable bed and warm room. There are some poins which really needs attention: The room needs a proper deep cleaning including hoover under the bed, deep cleaning the walls in the bathroom, those taps are really old and really dirty if you see under that. The toilet is so dirty and needs beach. There is not hairdryer. They have got a new sauna which fits only 3 or 4 people inside, it is too small then if you wish to use in a busy time, prepare yourself to wanting and keep your eyes to the door when someone finishes their session. The steam room is broken (so disappointing). It says it's a 4 stairs hotel but this building is old then needs a gret maintenance. The staff are friendly.

Good location walkable from main city

Lots to love but room for a few improvements. The biggest is the doors on the rooms. They are heavy wooden doors and slam really loud. As you can imagine that’s quite annoying when people go in and out waking people up Bathroom door rotten at bottom from damp, needs replaced, looks awful. Cleaning under sinks and taps in bathrooms, the things you see when you sit in the bath!! Painting of the room could be a bit tidier, white paint all over grey radiator pipes. Cleaners could be a bit more gentler when hoovering, they batter the radiator pipes in the rooms and it vibrates to the room your in , next door! Out of stock of some flavours for cocktails, young staff seen with mobile phones very casually. Move out of sight, the customer / service are important Food is expensive for the quality you get too

酒店垂直馬路方向設定，每間房都會被噪音影響，吹風機吹出來的是臭的風 但是床品還算乾淨，理解高地整體住宿環境較差，這個酒店還是比威廉堡的好一些吧 對面是家麥當勞，可以買晚飯

衛生程度極度欠佳，房間有嚴重異味，當我想飲咖啡時，打開水煲看到的情況更是令人震驚。房間的設施，例如風扇是滿佈塵埃

Terrible trip the 1st room the window would not shut so was too cold and noisy so we had to move to another room, the new room had a water leak from bathroom so we had a very wet floor and had to put towels down and the room smelt of dampness we were offered another room but declined as not moving to 3 rooms in a 24 hour period

環境一般，設施有點老。樓下餐廳小姐姐人很好很熱心。也很漂亮。這個價格有點貴，尤其是在這個地方，划不來

It was good experience. I came with my friend and we liked the hotel.

除了環境很一般，房屋設備比較老舊外，其他都可以。早餐是自助標準西式，食物很豐富，感覺很好。

Had a lovely last minute stay.  Room was perfect.  We used the pool this morning and the guy who was working was so friendly made out stay.

好的方面：位置方便，停車便利，早餐適口 需要注意：房間有莫名臭味，房間忘記放飲用水，洗手間紙卷幾乎用完且忘記補充，兩部電梯壞一部，一部衹能乘坐5人
