Calme luxe et volupté... Personnel attentionné, très belle vue sur la mer! C'était tout simplement parfait

Magnifique partie "Haut de Gamme" de l'hôtel Ios Palace, avec entrée et réception séparées. Nous avions une suite à 2 chambres avec une terrasse et une piscine privée incroyable à débordement sur la mer. Très bonne literie et personnel attentionné. La qualité du service est néanmoins perfectible (réassort du minibar aléatoire notamment) et ménage de la chambre très tardif tous les jours. Cela reste un endroit à recommander les yeux fermés (même si ça coûte un bras).

WOW! Had an amazing 9 nights in the super establishment! The 1bed with private pool room we had just amazed with its outside space and views! The 'hotel' sits at the top of the cliff and is part of a larger hotel that sits below it, you can also use the 'main' hotels services, but you really do not need (or even want) to as the suite has everything you need. All the main staff were amazing, nothing seemed too much trouble. If I were to pick a fault it would be the bathroom is a tad small and the 'cleaning' each day could have been better.

We, along with all our guests, stayed at the Ios Palace Hotel for our daughters wedding in June 2024 where everyone had a great stay. We rated the hotel and the island so highly that my wife and I decided to return for a holiday without the stress of a wedding in June this year (2025). Deciding to push the boat out and give ourselves a treat, we stayed in the Ios Grand Pool Suites which are annexed to the hotel. The suites have everything you could wish for, beautiful rooms, spacious outside space, comfortable outdoor furniture, infinity pool and glorious views of the bay, plus you have access to all the other facilities the hotel offers. The breakfast service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for the Chef and the room service meals were really good and reasonably priced (unlike many hotels we have stayed in!!). We don't intend to mention any staff by name as everyone, from reception staff, spa staff, room service, cleaners, gardeners to bar staff were a joy. A special mention must go to to the manager Dimitrios, he was always around the hotel and suites, always approachable and took the time to ensure that everything was ok and that we were enjoying our stay. It did seem that the positivity and customer service delivered by all the staff was a reflection of what was coming down from the management team. Both the Hotel and the Suites offer first class accommodation and everything you would want for a fabulous holiday on a beautiful island. Thank you to everyone.

Opted for the Panoramic Suite and it was spectacular. The terrace was the best part of the stay. There was a refrigerator and wet bar along with a large lounge, large dining table along with two other chairs. Outside the living room was another 4 seat table for evening sundowners. Fabulous large pool with two in pool chairs. The breakfast in room service was excellent as well and very enjoyable out on the terrace. In room facilities were perfect as well. Best part of our three week trip. Now a part of Hyatt via the Mr. & Mrs. Smith boutique hotel chain. Highly recommended.

The new section of Ios Palace Hotel. Ios Grand Suites all’ with private pools and breathtaking views on the magnificent island of Ios, Cyclades Greece. One of those places where the views are so awesome that you feel so close to God! Peaceful , relaxing , good service permitting you to stay in the room and enjoy the views and the pool all day. A true holiday. Private and away from the noise of the rest of the island. Ideal for meditation , like a little retreat where you may choose to be in peace while you always have the option to enjoy the sandy beaches and the crystalline waters of this island.
