康福特旅館(Comfort Lodge)

朝食付きとなっていたが、朝食として言われたのはコーヒーのみ。 エアコン、TV故障しており、スタッフの対応もかなりひどい

Had to stop because of blizzard. They had coffie out fir us the hole day and just keeping us updated on the weather. Very clean and friendly place.

Would never stay here again. Had mold growing on the floor and bathtub. Check in person was very rude.

Appears that the property is being remodeled. The pool was closed but we did not desire to swim. Easy parking. Close to the interstate, shopping and a few restaurants. Good value for a weekend with a Iowa football game.

The motel was under renovation so there were limited rooms available. All the doors were open allowing for unlimited access from the public. None of the amenities listed were available. The front lobby was closed. There was no hot breakfast. The pool was under construction. The room was dirty. There was a french fry on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. There was a dead bug in the shower and the shower floor was dirty. There were partially used toiletries in the shower. There were no condiments in the room(coffee maker and supplies). There was no working vending or ice machine.

Nothing good to say about this property. I would’ve rather slept in my car. There was tobacco chew and spit all over nightstand and floor. The carpets haven’t been vacuumed since Nam. Sheets, towels and pillow cases were dirty. There was no water pressure/hot water in shower. Pool is closed and no breakfast served. I asked for a reciept upon check out and was told “we don’t do that.” I will never be going back and I’d suggest you steer clear too. Rooms feel like rent by the hour rooms, not cozy at all.

Took forever to check in. Guy acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. Horribly rotten food left in fridge that stunk up hotel room. Bed was rock hard. Went to check out and nobody was out front. You could hear 2 workers in back talking. I called the hotel and they asked what I wanted. Seriously? Just said to leave the key on the desk. Poor service. The pool outside looks like something from a horror film. That hotel could be nice if someone gave it attention.

This is a bare bones establishment. No breakfast (though it said it did), no coffee in room (one pot in lobby with no sugar or cream), no room phone to call the lobby, no clock, only one washcloth and towel in bathroom for the two of us, no elevator. The room itself seemed clean.

When we arrived the pool was very clearly closed even though the website said it was open... The hotel itself is very run down there's no ice machine, there were no trash cans in the hotel room, the front desk said that we had to share the remote control with the TV so if we were leaving we had to turn the remote control back into the front desk so they could use it for another room, we reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch bed, (3 ppl in room) and when we went to open the couch bed there were bugs and crumbs of food that look like it's been there for a long time there were no extra sheets in the room for us to make up the pull-out bed. The hair dryer didn't work and there was also no hand soaps or shampoo or anything to wash your hands with in the bathroom and the towels that they gave us to use were pool towels not regular towels for the shower. When I brought these issues up to the front desk there was a little 12-year-old girl working who didn't know how to help me and she didn't know how to do a refund so she said there's no refunds and there was no adult there to help her so we ended up leaving and staying at another hotel. I tried to call several times to speak with an adult manager but one was never available.
