This is luxurious hotel total deserve 4 star as it is. Big park in hotel, safe and inhouse free parking 24 hrs staff available. Easy to get public transport also. We enjoyed a good view through our room. We had a good experience in this hotel...

Hotel where you want to waste money is this hotel. World worst hotel. Guy who work in food service went to toilet and not wash his hand and touch food. we 40 people who stay in this hotel for 2 night all having diarrhea become of their food. All bathrooms water are leaking never fix and help the guest . They have used bed cover where there is too much blood. And also 3 of our friends stock in side bathroom for 3 hours because of the bad door conditions. If any one stock inside the bathroom or room. They don’t have key to open. We have to broke the door to take out our friends from toilet. So please don’t stay on the hotel and waste your money . Junk foods are available in this hotel.

This place is very worst in everything, not in good housekeeping and foods they prepared is unhealthy and unhygienic.all kitchen and front staffs are unhygienic, they are not worked in the given time. I suggest to all not to stay in this unhygienic place. I can place negative points for reviews.

Comfortable and Good Stay Hotel SKS Grand palace is situated near to ***y temples. We went for a weekend trip to Mathura and its strategic location is a plus point. All the temples and attractions be it in Mathura or Vrindavan can be covered easily. The rooms are spacious, equipped with AC and TV. The bathrooms have geysers and hygiene. The whole hotel area has large beautiful gardens as well as good parking space. Interiors, long hallways and reception areas are beautifully decorated. The whole property can also be an ideal place for hosting any event - be it Wedding, Engagement or any Family Function. The Staff is polite and cooperative.We had booked it online and found it as a good deal.

I had recently stayed at Hotel SKS by Grand Palace. Must say had an amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming. The location was very good. Everything was on point. I highly recommend to everyone to visit once. Looking forward to visit again.
