Very awkward . Housekeep lady knocks on door at 3am to give us pillow cases . It was roaches everywhere ..

It was an adequate hotel with WiFi and a nearby restaurant, but extremely far from anywhere else. Not great if you are travelling and don't drive.

Este lugar fue horrible sucio mucha gente no es confiable page 2 noches y solo dormi una noche aqui no lo recomiendo. Terrible la regadera no servia las toallas sucias.

The Television didn’t work they were very rude I didn’t appreciate it the older guy told me go to my car for 10 minutes I need discipline because he was rude and I gave him smart remarks back they need to be shut down

i didnt like that they charge a extra $30 for a deposit and a extra $30 for early checkin even if its 3 mins early

Everything in the hotel smelled terrible, like cigarettes and everything was very unclean.

This place was the WORST I have ever stayed in, but far, even though it cost me $100 for the night. I booked a nonsmoking room, but the place smelled like cigarettes, and there were cigarette burns on the comforter. The pillows were old and filthy (also lumpy, as if that matters compared to the rest of it)! We couldn't even use them, because I didn't want to breathe whatever was dust, dirt, and smoke was inside . . . just so bad. You could see stains all over them, and half of them were kind of compacted, like they get when they are really old. The bedding was old and pilled, and the comforter was so thin I had to use towels from the bathroom as an extra "blanklet." Even the air conditioner let out a musty smell when you turned it on, like there was mold in it or something. It was just so, so, SO bad. Really! Honestly, of all the reviews I have written in my life that may have had a complaint or two, this is the one place/thing I REALLY want you to avoid. If I had to take back every other customer complaint I've made in my life in order to pick the very worst, THIS would be it. Please, just don't stay here.

Only bath towels offered. Asked for clean towels and never got…. Saw housekeeper who was extremely rude and didn’t want to give any…. Said if she did, I couldn’t get any the next day… RUDE. And only bath towels no hand nor face towels

Management was horrible. There were no face towels in the room and when we requested for extra towels, We were told they don't do that and towels were for the week. Also we were assigned 3rd floor room and denied elevator access
