伊茲拉海濱酒店(Izla Beach Front Hotel)

This was a lovely hotel. The location was perfect for us because it was on the quieter side of the hotel although not accessible without golf cart or taxi. The breakfast in the morning was great. It has a very small beach but great pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at IZLA hotel since it 1st opened so we have seen the changes of time. The Property is in like new condistion still, Staff is great. However what has changed is the nickle and dime charges and the excessove cost of thier food. It was $30 per persn for Breakfast option, yet yoy ucould order ala carte breakfast for 1/2 that. They give you 1 small 16oz bottle of water per day and they only sell Evian in the gift store for a outrageous cost, They now charge extra of you want a bali bed which sat empty the wntire time we were there. As for the propertym the room it was all stellar as always to us.

Genial opción en general! buenas instalaciones, cuartos bonitos, amplios, con balcon. Como área de oportunidad, al salir de la regadera, se encharca mucho el agua y no hay ventilación en el baño, por lo cual se queda muy húmedo y sin secarse. Del servicio, tuvimos gente muy atenta y servicial, y gente con lo contrario, vale la pena que todos tuvieran la buena atención y servicios que recibimos de algunos. Los alimentos muy bien, el room service y housekeeping excelente, llamábamos y llegaban a instante. En gral nos gustó mucho y disfrutamos la estancia. Si regresaremos. Gracias

Lo bueno: Muy buena la comida aunque todo muy caro. Lo malo: esta frente a una playa en la que no se puede nadar, el fondo es fangoso. Esto lo deberían indicar con claridad en su descripción. Vendieron una cena de año nuevo a un precio muy alto, más que otras opciones en la playa. Y a último momento invitaron de cortesía a los huéspedes a la cena de año nuevo, creo que casi nadie fue. No la promovieron con tiempo y el precio era muy elevado. El 1 de enero, subieron el precio del buffet de desayuno y pusieron las sobras de la cena anterior. Muy mal.

La atención de la recepción fantástica al igual que la propiedad, me hubiera gustado un poco más de entretenimiento en el hotel pero creo que el hotel era para relajarte ajjajajajaj muchas gracias por caerme sentir en casa

El hotel es bonito, me pareció un poco caro, la comida es rica pero alto su precio. Su playa no llama mucho la atención para bañarse, pero se puede admirar bellamente, la puesta del desde ahí se ve increíble.

Es un lugar muy hermoso, excelente servicios, excelentes instalaciones. La ATENCION es muy personalizada, maravillosa regresaríamos con mucho gusto.!!!

We have stayed here many times and have always loved it. This time however, was horrible. we had No hot water all week, the hotel is beginning to look run-down walls need paint our shower head wouldn't stay up. we had a jetted tub but couldn't use it because only had cold water. The pool was very cloudy, I asked about it and was told there were to many people. However early Saturday morning we observed a man replacing the pump on the pool. The grass around the pool was extremely tall, unlike we had ever seen before. We have always loved staying here because it was always so clean and nice. But I think we will move on to another location.
