Super mal servicio De parte del personal llegamos en una embarcación propia nos querían cobrar por subir y bajar y aparte la comida terrible cruda malhechas sólo pedimos Room Service porque desde la mañana salíamos en la embarcación y regresamos en la noche o sea que no consumimos más que el Room service y fatal todo

Muy ruidoso, tenien Beach clubs a cada lado del hotel el cual lo hace muy ruidoso. No descansamos del ruido.

Muy buen lugar muy buen servicio todo excelente también la cómoda muy rica las bebidas en fin todo bien

Great value, wonderful staff, they have developed a faithful following. Too bad they are closing! Apparently the Palace Company of resorts sold it and is going to be turned into a top-end wellness spa. Who needs that anyway? Glad we had the opportunity to visit prior to it being closed. Again, staff was top notch! Thank you.

Food selection & quality were below standards. Was charged $290 for a romantic dinner of surf & turf that I could have ordered on the normal menu for $49 per person.

We were really looking forward to visiting this hotel after reading all the reviews. For the price we paid it ended up being a disaster. There was no breakfast or lunch buffet as promised. The management staff did not care for the guests and the hotel was rundown. We had to order from a set menu everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was not enough staff and w

Absolutely beautiful hotel, excellent food, amazing staff. Love that it is right on the beach. So disappointed this hotel has been bought out. After staring at different all-inclusive hotels for the last 20 years, this is one that we go back to or become a member to make the trip happen more often.

Friendly, safe and beautiful The food was amazing and the entire island was so much fun! We always felt safe!
