貝洛女神島酒店 - 全包式的評論

酒店服務非常差，歧視中國人，我住遍世界上的酒店，第一次碰到這麼奇葩的服務人員。我訂的是海景房,下午4點到酒店説沒有海景房，給了最差的房型，代理溝通也不行。酒店的海灘不可以游泳的，環境差，民宿的風景比它好多了。

El servicio del hotel fue increíble ! Tienen muy poco staff pero los que son hacen todo por los huéspedes en verdad estoy sumamente agradecida. Felicito en especial a Julián del snack bar por recorrer snack-piscina- playa constantemente otorgando servicio a todos. El hotel es pequeño pero con ameninades y comodidades, es tranquilo no hay mucho ruido y lo mantienen limpio. Me gustó mucho la comida, son solo dos restaurantes pero ambos de buena calidad. Recomiendo mucho el hotel. La playa es linda pero el mar no mucho, la piscina increíble. Volveré pronto

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, Service ist super. Das Restaurant ist durchschnittlich. Nach einer Woche keine Abwechslung mehr. Von mexikanischen Essen nicht wirklich viel. Sashimi kam mit braunen Stellen anstatt frisch und roh. Salat teilweise faule Blätter. Ich würde nicht wieder all inklusive buchen. Restaurants in der Stadt sehr vielseitig. Strand ist sehr schön.

La comida estaba deliciosa, el personal muy amable y el lugar increíble! Lo único que no nos gustó, fue el hecho de que al bañarnos, el agua se salía del cuarto de la regadera y mojaba todo el baño.

Nice hotel but not worth it. They charge for everything and everything else is double price. When you arrive you will pay a property deposit in which they will use for any offered services and they will offer you tons of services. Making it hard to relax. Even the coffee in the room is charged. It even states if your makeup gets on the towels they will charge you. I ordered a Corona in a glass bottle in Spanish. I asked to confirm if they served it in a bottle and the waiter said yes. He brought me a can opened it up and then said we only have can. He smiled about it and laughed with his coworkers like it was funny to rip me off. Food and beverages are over priced and the area is very far from central but across from a golf car rental shop and next to Playa Tiburon. The beach in the back of the hotel is full of algae and probably the worst beach spot in the whole island. As there are dirty sandbags there. The staff was nice bc they wanted to sell me everything, the pool was nice. Although the jacuzzi’s are above ground like they were portable. The room was ok- not worth the price in Mexico. I would not go back to this hotel.

Desde que llegamos romi y José nos atendieron excelente!!! En el restaurante Luis también fue muy atento y en la playa David igual muy bien, todo súper súper bien, la comida, la habitación, las instalaciones y lo mejor, el servicio!!! Súper agradecida con todos, me voy feliz y con ansias de volver muy pronto.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel. Los alimentos son de muy buena calidad y el servicio es excelente! Lo recomiendo mucho

Me gusto el acceso a la playa y escenarios para fotografías, pero tiene acceso las personas de tour, por lo hay mucha afluencia… La terraza es perfecta, la vista, la privacidad, los servicios, la alberca, los jacuzzi y la pantalla.. solo que deberían extender su horario

Muy bonita, bien ubicada y buena higiene, pero los servicios de restaurante y demas similar un real desastre.

En general todo fué excelente en nuestra estadía de 8 días en Hotel Beló; gracias a todos por el gran servicio y las atenciones prestadas. Volveremos pronto!!

El hotel excelente, únicamente terminar de reparar el muelle ya que llegamos por mar y nos fue difícil atracar en éste.
