Roomy Signature酒店(Roomy Signature Hotel, Islamabad)

I usually stay at Serena hotel Islamabad but at this time my travel agent suggested Tye Roomy Signature hotel I am so thankful to Sayah travel for allowing me to discover this hidden gem in Islamabad. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The front office staff Salman, Waleed made me feel welcomed. Bellboy Abbas was always there for me whether it was luggage, delivery from stores or simply providing all the necessary information. He provided great customer service. Thank you Abbas. The rooms are piece of art. The interior of the rooms has a great mixture of modern facilities and traditional decor. I had 2 rooms 111 and 112 and both rooms were fabulous. In terms of the Location - it could not be better. It's happening place. There is a big variety of restaurants and cafes in hotel itself but, the moment you step out , you are surrounded by many eateries, cafe shops, antique and carpet shops. There is even a supermarket next door for guests convenience. I highly recommend Roomy signature hotel to everyone and have already booked it it for my upcoming stay.

I had an infuriating experience at Roomy Signature! Our stay in Islamabad was a complete nigh**are from the moment we checked in. Let me break down the infuriating details: 1. They dumped me in a dark, windowless room in the corner, claiming no standard rooms had windows. Yet, I saw the same type of rooms with windows while passing by. When I confronted the staff, they insisted no other rooms were available, but Agoda proved them wrong, embarrassing the manager into reluctantly upgrading us. 2. Traveling with a baby, I asked for a cot—they claimed to have none. Then, requesting a mattress came with a ludicrous charge of 2,500 bucks! Absurd for a baby to sleep on! 3. Late at night, we asked for extra bedding. Initially, they hesitated, and after 20 minutes, they begrudgingly sent it. 4. Asked for a carton of milk—they could only manage a glass. After 20 minutes, the milk arrived, and the guy demanded cash on the spot. Despite asking to put it on the room and pay during checkout, they insisted on immediate cash. He harassed us four times in the next 40 minutes, even at 5 am, when the baby woke up asking for milk. 5. During checkout, the front desk lady accused us of "misusing" a towel used for makeup removal. They had the audacity to charge us Rs. 575 because apparently, makeup is considered a capital offense! Outrageous! My stay at Roomy Signature was really frustrating and disappointing. From the dark room to the crazy charges and constant demand for cash, it was just bad. The towel accusation was ridiculous. I won't go back there and wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Be careful if you're thinking about staying there.

Visited Islamabad for business. Stayed at Roomy. Below are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Location - excellent. Next to all the eating places. 2. Staff - very friendly and attentive. 3. Room - very spacious. Furniture is maintained. 4. Bathroom - clean. The basin area could be improved. It has hot water available. 5. Bedding - clean. Didn't face any issue. 6. Breakfast - good variety. Live egg station - Thanks to Sadaf. 7. Hotel Vibe - excellent. The lobby is eventful with all the restaurants around it. Cons: Cannot think of any except that the parking is usually full so even as a hotel guest not easy to get the parking.

Just finishing up two days of meetings at Roomy Signature. An excellent experience. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. But a special thanks Maddasar for looking after me so well with a supply of very nice coffee!

I lived during Sept 12,2023 to Sept 16,2023 for our business activities . I found it a very good hotel overall . The break fast -Egg omelet chauffer Ms., Sadaf has wonderful culinary skills and attitude which is really worthy of weight and praise

My second time at Roomy this year and first night is sooper specially food at rooftop. Service is excellent. I reallyoke the cosy environment at this hotel. Bit expensive this time but worth paying. Let's see how next few days go.

I book ended a 2 week trip to Pakistan with 1 + 3 nights at the Roomy. It’s very comfortable (beds were super). Breakfast was very busy later on, but ample space earlier. Nice choices, with egg station. My first night there, my room didn’t have any daylight. The window was blacked out as it was over the breakfast atrium. It was still a comfortable room, but ask for a window. My last 3 nights. I had lovely suite, with huge bed, desk, sofa and 2 arm chairs. Same day laundry wasn’t same day and my room hadn’t been serviced yet when I came back around 3.30pm, but I enjoyed staying here. I didn’t eat at the in house restaurants but looked very popular with well dressed, fashionable people. Front desk was efficient in matching separate bookings made by my travel agent and me.
