Прекрасный ресторан при отеле. Большие порции, оооочень вкусно. Заказывали ягненка, шаурму из говядины. Бесплатные закуски к пиву. Хороший кальян. Вернемся с удовольствием. Приветливый хозяин. Доброжелательное обслуживание. Не дорого.

De visita con mi amiga por Istanbul , estancia en este hotel céntrico, con un personal atento y amigable siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Desayuno variado, y la comida-cena en el mismo hotel a buen precio. Habitación limpia,las chicas pendientes que no falte de nada,toallas, jabón, champú. Estupendas. Desde luego reperitemos la estancia en el mismo hotel,recomendable.

Hotel très bien placé, a quelques minutes a pied des mosquées (sainte sophie...), Près des restaurants, quartier tranquille. Nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivé. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits.

El peor hotel que he estado en mi vida. Habitaciones súper pequeñas, ambiente sucio y oscuro, personal muy desagradable. Tres días seguidos bajando pronto al desayuno y aún así el zumo de naranja se había terminado, preguntas por más zumo y te dicen que no, que se ha terminado, no reponen nada aunque falten horas para la finalización del mismo. Lo único bueno es la situación, pero hay muchos más hoteles en la misma zona. El precio muy caro para lo que es el hotel y los servicios del mismo. Tema spa, además de que no entra en el precio, da miedo asomar la cabeza en el. NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Diría que lo único bueno que puedo decir del sitio es la ubicación. Por lo demás no quedamos nada contentos: no lavaron la habitación en 4 días, personal poco atento eso si siempre fuera fumando 24/7 ,desayuno pobre, la puerta de la habitación no llegaba al suelo y entraba luz y ruido toda la noche, ruido de máquinas en la habitación,… Pero eso no fue lo peor de todo, nos cobraron una factura de 500 euros de otra reserva y por suerte nos dimos cuenta a tiempo. Por último, la última noche contratamos un servicio de transfer al aeropuerto para las 4 de la mañana y después de estar esperando le preguntamos al recepcionista de la noche y no sabía ni de que le estábamos hablando… En resumen no lo recomendaría.

Выбрала отель случайно и не могу нарадоваться. Возвращаюсь вечером, как к себе домой и абсолютно не понимаю тех, кто пишет недовольные отзывы. Во-первых, номера хоть и маленькие, ремонт может и не суперновый, но все выглядит опрятно, аккуратно и симпатично. Белье чистое, номера убирают, приносят чистые полотенца, бумагу, туалетные принадлежности. Последние, кстати, не дешёвая ерунда, а вполне хорошие. За гель за душа с ароматом кокоса отдельный респект, обычно такое положат, что опасно открывать. Я живу на первом этаже, напротив лифта, но практически ничего не слышала. Окно с шумоизоляцией. Во-вторых, персонал здесь чудесный, как в отеле, так и в ресторанчике на первом этаже. По запросу принесли мне чайник, на ужине чаем угощали, всегда улыбались и во всем помогали. Горничная сегодня была просто очаровательная, так старалась, что хотелось ее обнять. Завтраки на террасе с чудесным видом. Ребята сами пекут бисквиты и печенье, готовят закуски. Есть сок, чай, кофемашина. Всегда есть фрукты, пусть немного, но есть. Я читала, что те, кто приходят после 9, остаются голодными. Не верьте, это чушь. Еда есть в любое время, я в 9 только просыпалась. Очень хочется поддержать команду этого отеля за доброту, за искренность, за настоящее восточное гостеприимство и широту души. Спасибо! Расположение прекрасное: все рядом и трамвайчик в 4 минутах ходьбы. И пусть я больше люблю азиатскую часть города, потому что в Султанахмете часто стараются обмануть, завышают цены. Этот отель - исключение. Люди тут прекрасные, цена адекватная, а сервис не высоте🥰

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Aus dem Müsli meiner Tochter krochen am Tisch die Ameisen raus. Das Personal beim Frühstück total gelangweilt. Das Brot lieblos in einem Sack und die Auswahl sehr bescheiden. Das Zimmer war sauber, dafür der Balkon total dreckig. Im Schrank lag noch der BH meiner Vorgängerin. Auf der Terrasse zum Frühstück kam jeden Morgen eine bettelnde Familie vorbei und stand penetrant am Tisch. Die Gegend allgemein sehr unsauber und laut. Die Aussichtsterrasse war die ganze Zeit geschlossen.

Маленький уютный отель с отличным рестораном-кальяном на первом этаже. Эта поездка надолго останется в моем сердце 🧡 Осень в Стамбуле прекрасна, и прибывание в этом отеле только скрасили эти впечатления! Номера маленькие, но очень уютные, Новый ремонт, удобное расположение к достопримечательных мест Стамбула, как говорится всё на расстоянии вытянутой руки. Завтраки вполне себе приличные, голодные не ходили☝️Кофе, чай, выпечка, фрукты, а сколько сыров, мммм…. Ужинали в ресторане на первом этаже, отдельное спасибо Хакану-«dear friend hello to you from rainy Russia» 👋🏻 Жизнеродостный, веселый и просто отличный человек! В целом наше путешествие запомнилось ещё благодаря ему-гостеприимство его конёк!!! Администрации отеля огромная БЛАГОДАРНОСЬ за гостеприимство и отношение к своим гостям! ❤️❤️❤️

Personnel de l’hôtel très sympa et arrangeant . Buffet petit déjeuner très limité avec peu de choix . Literie inconfortable , sol très glissant dans la douche . Bon emplacement proche des mosquées st Sophie et mosquée bleu .

très bon hôtel personnel sympathique et agréable la partie restaurant est parfaite les plats sont bons et le personnel super sympa par contre l'hotel est mal placé dans une rue très très bruyante... les nuits furent courtes voir même casi inexistante....pour cette raison je n'y retournerai pas la prochaine fois...

It is in good location. Area is quiet. Walk distance to Kapali charshi. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. I had good sleep. Staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Always there eager to help. The breakfast menu was also great (many choice).

The Sunlight is a boutique hotel in Istanbul about an hour from the SAW airport. Pros 1. The location is perfect for getting around whether you enjoy walking or using public transit, it is all right there. 2. The staff are great, friendly and professional. I had some issues with the room and after one uncomfortable night, the front desk moved me to a much more comfortable room. 3. Breakfast is included and had a sufficient number of options despite many of them not being what I would qualify as breakfast fare but something for everyone. 3. The restaurant served lunch and dinner either in the cafe or the rooftop terrace and those meals were really good. The ambience on the rooftop is so nice after a long day of walking and touring. 4. I was able to book airport transfers through the hotel which was convenient. Cons 1. The mattress was not a good fit for me. Too firm with no give. After long days of walking, a good rest is needed but I was uncomfortable on this mattress. But others may be fine. 2. The rooms are not sound proof. It was one issue when I arrived when my first room was right beside the beautiful granite staircase the runs up the middle of the hotel. Sound was amplified up the stairs and I was awake into the wee hours of the morning. The room changed helped immensely but then I had neighbours arrive next door on my last full day and I could hear everything they were saying and doing. When they showered, it sounded like they were in my bathroom! Just know that to avoid any potentially embarrassing situations and bring ear plugs. 3. The rooms are small. The first room I had was so small I needed to crawl over the bed to access the armoire. The second room I was given was much better but still small. This is to be expected in a boutique hotel and I don’t spend a lot of time in the room during the day as I am there to tour. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay at the Sunlight and the staff were so accommodating, finding me a better room to ensure I was as comfortable as I could be.

Hotel was very good only distance between doors and night table also as bed and closet was very small. Breakfast was very tasty and was option to choose whatever you want to eat. Good coffee. Good combination between quality and price. Not far from blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar

Accommodation and food good. However, we had a problem in that we had a room on 5 floors and there was a restaurant above us. We stayed for 3 nights and two of them were problematic. The worst was on the last night when a party was held in the restaurant regardless of the guests staying. We came back around 1 am from the Bosphorus cruise and I already sensed trouble because the restaurant was full of loud music, the shouting of drunken people and the terrible stomping of dancers. First I went to the restaurant and asked for quiet, then I went to the reception to ask for a quiet night, and on the way back in the elevator I asked for silence for a fellow passenger who was returning to the party. Arriving in the room, the party crew calmed down for a moment, but soon the fun started again. We lasted like this for up to 2 hours. Afterwards, I got dressed and went back upstairs to the restaurant to make amends. Well, since I couldn't handle the situation anymore, I exploded, shouted at the revelers, and only when I threatened to call the police did they reluctantly end the party. I don't understand how a hotel, where people need to rest after a day exploring the city and monuments, can organize a party until late in the morning in a restaurant above the rooms where people sleep. Never again this hotel, it was a horrible experience.
