特羅亞酒店(Hotel Troya)

Ребята, мы здесь остановились на пару ночей в начале октября 2023. Из плюсов можно отметить только расположение-центр Истикляля. Остальное-такое себе удовольствие: -Номера маленькие и без окон -Шумоизоляция слабая -завтрак бедный И т. Д. И т. П. Рекомендуем выбрать другое место. Хотя, конечно, вам решать...

В целом все хорошо. Чисто, исправно убирали, а номере все работало. Были недочеты:1- окна вроде как и нет, точнее оно есть, но вида из окна нет. Выходит как в шахту лифта,т.е естественный свет не попадает, из-за этого в номере темно, нужно всегда включать свет. 2- у нас был номер на 3-х, очень темно, не разойтись. Но мы приходили только поспать, для нас в целом эти 2 минуса были не существенны. Не пожалела, что выбрала этот отель. Заселили раньше срока, местоположения отличное, не были шумно. Но иногда живая Музыка из ресторана играла до 1 ночи, приходилось закрывать окно. Но заваркам- восторг. Завтра на террасе- шикарен. Я наслаждалась каждое утро. Для меня это был огромный плюс. Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Мне все понравилось. Спасибо

My experience at the hotel was awful.There was false information which doesn’t describe that there is a running night club every night until early morning.We couldn’t sleep and relax until the night club was over and there is drunk people in the lift which you don’t want to come a cross when you have children with you.I do not recommend this place.

There were many reasons NOT to like this hotel but the worst was at the end as I was leaving after I already had paid my stay the reception guy had me pay for water 50 lira which they had told me it was free and suddenly it was a private driver and it was not what i specifically asked for which was the hotel shuttle and the reception charged me 50 euros to the airport from Taksim. All this was on top of very noisy room right below the rooftop restaurant where they held events to morning hours frequently. The guys at the front showed no customer care. I don not recommend this hotel.

I am just back from my 10 days trip in Istanbul. Hotel has a perfect location,just few steps from the busy Istiklal cd and Taksim,also perfect access for the public transport-Sishane 1 bus, Tunel metro or Taksim metro. Rooms are very clean,they do the service on every day and provided clean towels on every day. You can get all the tourist information from the reception,even they lend you the Istanbul card for the public transport for free. They even provide bottles with filtered water for free,so you dont need to buy any in the shop. Very huge breakfast selection is served on the rooftop restaurant with the terrace overlooking the Golden Horn and Sultanahmet. View is just simply magnificient! Strong wifi over all the hotel. Murat from the reception team is always very helpfull with any problem you have and is providing the perfect customer service. I am travelling to the Turkey couple times a year and this hotel is just perfect balance inbetween the price, location and provided service and very clean.

First time in Istanbul. Stayed for 3 nights with friend. Location is really good, hotel staff helpful and friendly, place is clean,....... definitely if I have chance I will stay there again. 4 stars from me.......

We stayed at this hotel twice in August and each time at least 5 days. We love everything about this hotel. It was very close to Metro ,shopping center, restaurants and attractions.
