伯傑精品水療酒店(Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa)

下午 2 點前入住，並受邀享用早餐，早餐非常美味和熱情。我房間的空調有問題所以酒店換了房間沒有問題。 房間很舊，很多家具應該修理。 早餐還不錯，但沒有甜點，因此沒有茶匙。取而代之的是木棍。期待房間裡的紙杯而不是陶瓷杯。這家餐廳更像是自助餐廳的氛圍，也缺少盤子。 SPA 中心正在運作，但我必須購買泳帽才能使用游泳池。 我在 11 點 30 分退房，因為我正在打電話，所以我住在大堂。酒店管理人員要求我在 11 點 50 分離開酒店。荒謬的。

Das Hotel ist klein und fein, das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich.

I spend a few days in this hotel with my sister , the staff are so friendly and polite , nothing is too much to ask, the young girls ( doyou, sorry if I spell wrong ) is so nice and can speak English very well also there was another young man who was really helpful too, the breakfast was so good with some of the options changing every day which was great. The location so close to Metro and Taksim square , so happy that we picked up this hotel. We used the safe and we’ve never had any problem. Keep up the good work and thank you for all your help!

I will go by points: POSITION The address of the hotel is wrong, so at the moment of the reservation when you think to be in the center of Taksim, BE AWARE, the real address is in a backstreet with a very unsafe neightbour, trash, and on a slope 10% that you will have to do every day. Maybe conveniente ust to take taxis as was decentred from the traffic epicentre. Sorrounding is also noisy for the prayer time. Prepare to wake up at 06:45 STAFF People were unable to answer my complains in a satisfatory way, but I cant say they were helpful, a poor owner left the manager and the poor front office as punchball for the customer as they can materially do few. The manager is a very reasonable person but his hotel is way beyond decency. Door man was cool and helpful, reception as well very nice people, smiling and so. But again too much bad things can not be sustained by a good stuff. HOTEL You pay as 4*, maybe neither 3*,the word boutique in hotel industry means something else but seems abused by this hotel and the neightbours ones. Breackfast is garbage, not fresh, not clean, no English speaking staff, absolute insufficient, no quality . Rooms are terrible, small, claustrophobic, air conditioner works and not, facilities in general terrible, bed too small a 140cm max large, pillows are the worse synthetic on the market, towel are those super tiny that take a life to dry and scrub your skin off. Insufficient supply, details of the room shabby, unmantained, broken, unloved. Just sad. We got an upgrade for one of the room, we found two coachroaches...unacceptable. SPA Jacuzzi, doesn t work, pool was nasty and not cleaned, even if the clore inside was way beyond tolerable. Massages were poorly made, with the door open as the unique masseuse was also the unique attendant. Zero atmosphere, unprofessional. Spa was at the first visit dirty, I found 7 coachroaches, distgusting, I passed, day after after promise of professional cleaning I found one swimming in the pool, kitchen is just one floor up the spa, can't imagine. OVERALL I didn't enjoy, I felt ripped off, I overpaid a tiny/dirty room, booking was locked in TK for local use or I'd certainly would have ditched it. If you have hygienical standards you will not like it.

Da ich viele Urlaube in Istanbul verbringe, kenne ich auch viele Hotels. Manche buche ich immer wieder. Das Berjer gehört dazu. Erst in diesem Sommer entdeckt, war ich nun schon zum zweiten Mal Gast in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer nicht zu groß aber gewissenhaft gepflegt. Sehr guter Schlafcomfort. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und ansprechend. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Spa-Bereich mit Saune und Innenpool. Die Terrasse wird rund um die Uhr bedient. Das Highlight des Hotels aber sind seine Mitarbeiter. Sehr umsichtig, aufmerksam und freundlich - und das alles bei sehr moderaten Preisen. Nur zu empfehlen!

le seul point positif l emplacement proche de la vieille ville et de la plage mermerli. point negatif : _ ménage n est pas fait en ce temps de covid meme apres une réclamation rien toujours ménage tres bâclé même pas fait - personnel arrogants impolis _ petit dej médiocre. si tu arrive au moitié du service tant pie pour toi tu trouve rien pour eux fini c est fini . je ne ke recommande pas

Hôtel au top très bon accueil de unut et son équipe tout était parfait pour le prix et l'emplacement le top la clim le sauna la piscine intérieure aucun n faut pas je reviendre avec ma femme c'est sur

The property wasn’t as described. The rooms were different to the ones i was shown upon booking . The beds were like rock & my mother suffers from a bad back. The store away bed was metal and didn’t have a mattress but simply a duvet on top. The hotel was very rude and not helpful when mentioning this and simply turned us away saying it’s a non refundable booking so they can’t do much. I went out for a few hours and upon returning they had removed some of the beds from the room. I have pictures to show all this and would like to take this further so I can have my money back !
