ห้องพักคือเล็กมาก กางกระเป๋าเดินทางแล้วแทบจะเดินไม่ได้ ที่สำคัญไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้สักขวดเดียว กาน้ำร้อนที่ควรมี ที่เป็นของพื้นฐานที่ทุกโรงแรมต้องมี แต่ที่นี่ไม่มี !! ใจร้ายมาก กาน้ำร้อนตรง lobby ก็โครตสกปรก เราซื้อน้ำเพื่อจะต้มน้ำร้อนเพราะอากาศหนาว แต่ก็ไม่ได้ต้มเพราะกาน้ำร้อนสกปรกเกินไป ไม่คิดจะไปพักอีกครั้ง ใครอยากจะพักที่นี่ แนะนำไปที่อื่นเถอะ ราคานี้ได้ที่อื่นห้องดีกว่านี้เยอะ ⭐️ is enough !!

Great hotel in a great location- only downfall is there’s no breakfast included in the price. We stayed here for 10 nights - hotel is very clean staff is very nice - we had a great experience overall.

I paid for deluxe room with balcony but was given standard room. The lady at the counter couldnt help so she asked me to see the manager in the morning. The manager was not helpful at all. He said all the rooms with balcony are unavailable. So I am not sure why they charged me extra for the rooms that were not available? I was promised I will get some money back (the difference between bigger room and the standard room). Been almost a week but nothing yet. Also, there was horrible smell upon entering into hotel. Might that their exaust fans were not working or they simply turns them off to save some electricity. The gentleman at reception (doing night shifts) was very helpful. Hotel Is in very nice location but they could do better with customer service.

Clean rooms, good service and good price. We travelled from Sweden, Malmo to Istanbul. Outside the hotel, there are both buses and a streetcar, which helped us a lot. Their entrance is always locked and only authorized people enter, which is also nice to know.

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was situated in a decent neighborhood and had easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff members were generally friendly and polite, although their level of efficiency could be improved. Regarding the room, it was clean and adequately sized for my needs. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. Basic amenities such as a TV and a mini-fridge were provided

Odada sampuan yok banyo yerligi yok Genel anlamda temizdi kis mevsimi sicak odaydi personel ilgiliydi.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans cet hôtel suite à une annulation. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits. Bonne alternative au niveau qualité / prix. L’établissement est récent et très propre. Les chambres sont un peu petites… ce qui n’est pas un problème car à Istanbul on passe sa journée à l’extérieur ! Réfrigérateur et coffre à disposition. L’hôtel est situé à quelques mètres d’une station de tramway (Pazarteke- ligne T1) qui mène au cœur de la ville. Pas de petit déjeuner mais une machine à café et un distributeur de softs et friandises sont installés dans le hall.
