The room is the best!! Love the balcony and the housekeeping is great. The part I really didn't like was the golfing experience it was fun at the beginning then we kept getting followed around by the people that work there telling us that we needed to hurry up I told them at the beginning none of us knew how to golf we were there for the fun and we would stop at any point in time anybody needed the whole all they had to do is let us know we totally understood about golfing as far as the other people need to go but they just kept on telling us to hurry up so we just quit and went to golf store.

Room and grounds were super clean and nice! Pool/hot tub was well kept. We didn’t get to try the bowling alley or golf but both looked fun! Only critique would be checking in. Our check in was easy but the front desk woman seemed rushed and inconvenienced by our questions. Maybe try and be a little more personable for a hospitality job. Everything else was awesome!

Check in was fast, room had left over food and alcohol in fridge, no coffee pot in room. Bowling run down and very small and $30 a hour which we weren’t told about until we finished. No signage or even a hello from person behind bar. Would have skipped for that price, bowling balls all too heavy for us and kids. Pool was ok, just a hassle to get in and towels weren’t available when we arrived.

This has been a lot for my four year old so I decided to take her to Eaglewood; I recently stayed and had an overall nice time. I was told previously that the pool was open until 9pm. We arrived around 630pm because I left as soon as I got off and we live 50 min away. I was told the pool was closing soon, but that tomorrow it would be open at 530am. I got my daughter ready to go around 9am and we swam (5 other workers there, smiled and said hello) for about 22 mins before some lady in a long black duster sweater briskly walked through the doors saying “you can’t be here! The pool doesn’t open until 10am.” She saw my daughter gleefully playing in the jacuzzi and reprimanded me again and said “she can’t be in there! That’s for 6 years and older!” I started to get us out and dried off. She continued to tell me that the door had the hours. I told her that another staff member informed me the pool would be opened at 530am for individuals traveling for business. She did not accept that and made me feel like I was getting in trouble as an elementary student. If it was such an issue, why were the doors open? Why didn’t anyone else stop us? Before we got all wet then had to walk back outside in the ice storm to our room. I don’t know, I’m feeling extremely disappointed and more stressed from when I first left. It also doesn’t help our hotel room wasn’t fully cleaned. I’m not sure if one of the towels was reused, but thank goodness I saw it. My daughter was also playing with this gre

Th bowling and billiards was only open to 1 pm and the pool only 5 pm on a Sunday- should have been opened longer. Also nbc sports Chicago channel that I was told was available in the restaurant was not available.

Always a pleasant time at this resort, staff is helpful and rooms are spacious and clean! Excellent deal for the price and the on-site dining options are fabulous. Only complaint is I wish there were microwaves in the rooms!

I liked everything; EXCEPT quiet time. I think it’s ridiculous to impose a quiet time for adults at 11pm. Lift the quiet time and appropriately expel those who are unruly.

Great hotel and golf course. Friendly staff. Lots to do without needing to leave the property. Plenty of food places in the area also. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town.

Front desk lady that checked me in and out was not friendly at all. I felt like i was bother her. Didnt smile at all or welocme us to the hotel. Beside that everything was good.
