This has been a lot for my four year old so I decided to take her to Eaglewood; I recently stayed and had an overall nice time.
I was told previously that the pool was open until 9pm. We arrived around 630pm because I left as soon as I got off and we live 50 min away. I was told the pool was closing soon, but that tomorrow it would be open at 530am. I got my daughter ready to go around 9am and we swam (5 other workers there, smiled and said hello) for about 22 mins before some lady in a long black duster sweater briskly walked through the doors saying “you can’t be here! The pool doesn’t open until 10am.” She saw my daughter gleefully playing in the jacuzzi and reprimanded me again and said “she can’t be in there! That’s for 6 years and older!” I started to get us out and dried off. She continued to tell me that the door had the hours. I told her that another staff member informed me the pool would be opened at 530am for individuals traveling for business. She did not accept that and made me feel like I was getting in trouble as an elementary student. If it was such an issue, why were the doors open? Why didn’t anyone else stop us? Before we got all wet then had to walk back outside in the ice storm to our room. I don’t know, I’m feeling extremely disappointed and more stressed from when I first left.
It also doesn’t help our hotel room wasn’t fully cleaned. I’m not sure if one of the towels was reused, but thank goodness I saw it. My daughter was also playing with this gre
