the low rating is due to the bad condition of the toilet seat... it was stained...also the bedsheet and cushion covers had food stains...upon asking with room service the boy replied...somebody just checked out from this room...in that case they should have changed the linens which was not the case... it was only changed later when we pointed out the issue.
hence the overall experience was not good....l would not recommend this place. 👎🏻

Hotel is very good and stay was pleasant. Break fast is very good and tasty. I would suggest for any family who is looking for nice stay with decent price range. Hotel staff is good and helped us during entire stay. Restaurant staff also very good and asking for immediate feedback about the food, that shows how much they concern about customer satisfaction. Over all i was happy with this hotel stay.

The location is ideal. However, the AC isn't functioning well. Without air delivery, the fan is operating. At 5:30 AM, there was no hot water available. Not recommended for sophisticated customers.
