I've been to Jackson many, many times and have driven past this property more times than I can count. I always thought it was a tiny little place, with no real "curb appeal," but heading back to Jackson in the off season, for one night, I thought I'd check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised! First, they allow dogs- bonus! Secondly, its actually quite a large property with lots of amenities, AND a super cute cafe for breakfast (not included) where I was able to get a cup of overnight oats, and a chai latte for the road. The bed was very comfortable, check in was friendly and quick (much appreciated after a 500+ mile drive) and its perfectly located close to the square which is a 5 minute walk. I'll be back!

The hotel was perfectly located ! All staff are amazing and so helpful. Free shuttle service to and from was fabulous that Jackson hole offers. Your kindness and friendship will never be forgotten. Thank you for an amazing stay ! highly recommend this hotel

The staff was very attentive. The manager was a very nice fellow. The sheets and bedding is high quality, very comfortable. The gathering area was nicely appointed with games for all ages. They have a shuffleboard table we enjoyed playing. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nicely appointed with pans and cooking pots. The grounds were clean. We found the outside heated pool and spa were just right and large Enough for the group.

This place is great! My 9 person family booked 3 rooms. It’s pretty new and very nice. There was plenty of room for the 3 toddlers to play! We had a suite with a kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Triple M cafe was great for my sister’s crew who didn’t book a room with a kitchen. There are some old reviews that mention a noisy bar, but that must be gone because there’s no noisy bar on the grounds. There is a lovely hot tub. The staff is super nice! Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was much better than we expected. Check in and finding parking was extremely easy. Our room was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace as well as the real wood burning fire pit in our room (only in the 600 building). You are literally in walking distance to everything Jackson has to offer. You wont regret stay at this location!!!

When booking we called specifically for pool hours and were misguided. The paperwork for the hotel listed different hours as well. The shower backed up and wouldn’t drain. Some staff were great and others were nothing short of rude. We were very disappointed with our stay and attempted remedy. Their response: thanks for the feedback.

I will give them credit, this was the nicest motel that I’ve ever been to! The rooms are very nice and clean. But don’t get locked out of your room at night in the cold. They only have an on call person at night, so when we got locked out we ended up having to wait nearly an hour until the lobby opened at 7 because the on call person couldn’t make it. It was 20 degrees outside. That made for not the best experience.

Perfect for price. Really nice remodel for motel and ideal for families and skiers on a lodging budget. If available, ask for rooms closer to the side street Pearl vs the Main Street (Broadway) because traffic noise is significant. Likely the south side of the property which is near the quieter street gives less street noise.
