Nothing fancy during the stay open

It's an older property, but very well kept up. The price was very reasonable for the location and it was close to restaurants and other amenities. I appreciated that it included both a desk and chair as well as a table and two chairs by the window. It allowed enough space for both my wife and I to work at our computers.

The hotel is situated very close to Jackson Square, the central square or main park of the town. Shops and restaurants abound around the hotel. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. There was also a breakfast bar (coffee, tea, granola bars, Danish, muffins, and fruit). The fruit was available all day. Only one drawback was that our room was on a relatively busy street, so the late night noise was more than normal for being near the downtown commercial area. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Clean and fresh bathroom, carpet and room. Smell fresh in room. I like the sink is outside the bathroom. Make it easy to share the bathroom work. Had the room at upper floor. Free parking. Easy assess to Grand Teton entrance and the Jackson Hold airport. Right next to the town square but you still feel quiet and safe. Walking distance to many souvenir shops, restaurants and ice cream. A grocery store just across the street. Cleanliness and safety are most important to us. Will stay here again.

Room was had extreme smell of chemicals. Discovered rug had been treated and was soaking wet throughout the room. Our socks were so wet we had to put them in a plastic bag. Couldn't sleep in room, packed up and left. They should have never rented a room in that condition. NO EXCUSE!!

We loved the location of this place. It is worn and a bit weathered, but clean. The office staff were pretty neutral and less than enthusiastic in welcoming guests. But they did their job. Unfortunately, we were charged more than the original reservation stated and they were unable/unwilling to credit our account. That was our only disappointment.

The rates were a bit more than we normally pay but much better than other properties in Jackson. The service was excellent, and the room was very neat and clean. And you can't beat the location - one block from Broadway. Plus, it was nice to have a fridge in the room and complimentary breakfast snacks and coffee next to the office. My wife and I highly recommend the Antler Inn if you're looking for a nice place to sleep at night and enjoy the many wonders of Jackson and the Grand Tetons during the day!

Facility. The hotel is an older facility but reasonably well maintained. Bedding. Bedding was clean but the beds themselves were old and unsupportive. Room Cleanliness. Poor. The room had hair strands in the corners in the bathroom, discarded bits of plastic wrapping under the beds, etc. Staff. Hit or miss. The staff who checked us in in the late afternoon were absolutely awful: condescending, unwelcoming, unpleasant. I have never before written a review where I’ve been tempted to lower the overall rating because the staff was so needlessly unpleasant. Counterpoint: the staff in the office in the morning were pleasant, engaging, and eager to help! Location: Perfect downtown access.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the location in West Yellowstone because the ride to old faithful was just amazing especially in the morning, when you pass several geyers and the River. In the morning hours of October the geysers and river are steaming and that is very beautiful.
