傑克遜歡朋酒店(Hampton Inn Jackson)

RANDAL WAS GREAT AT THE FRONT DESK. HAD HOMEMADE COOKIES BAKED AND VERY WELCOMING. THE YOUNG LADY DOING THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL. VERY FRIENDLY. SHE HAS BEEN EMPLOYEE THERE FOR QUITE SOME TIME. SHE IS A KEEPER.

There was not shampoo/conditioner/body wash- elevator went out the first night we were there and we were on third floor. My sister has bad knees and the stairs caused some problems

Was a bit worried upon arrival because the chlorine smell was almost unbearable for me, I'm a bit over-sensitive to such. However, it cleared up that evening and wasn't an issue for the rest of my stay. The neighboring properties are not appealing to the eye hopefully that is remedied in the future. The inside was clean everything worked and was comfortable. Breakfast was meh but the lady in charge did an excellent job of attending to people's needs and the coffee was fresh. I'd probably stay again if the price is right.

The bedding was dirty and had brown stuff all over it. The elevator wasn’t working so I had to go up three flights of stairs with all of our luggage and had to leave my kids in the hotel room alone (6 years old and 10 months) because I couldn’t get all of our stuff plus carry my baby, etc. No one offered to help. The breakfast was cold and disgusting.

Excellent front staff in the morning at checkout. Bed was very comfortable. Clean bathroom. Stains on comforter. Slight odor throughout the third floor. Elevator creaky and ended up breaking. $10 parking charge for a hotel stay with a huge empty lot in front was very odd. Not a big city. Expect it there. Great breakfast! Overall worth what i paid except for the parking charge.

Stained curtains Stained bed skirt Dingy comforter, looked worn and not bleached Dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed Pool was cloudy and didn’t appear clean Soiled towels all around the pool deck Pool deck floor looked like it could use a good mop Entire hotel smells like chlorine Multiple stink bugs in the room Breakfast was decent, and the breakfast attendant was super attentive and friendly and kept the breakfast area clean!!

The abandoned restaurant in front of the hotel made me question the area. It turned out to be a safe area.

Very good stay. Nice people at counter. Room clean and comfortable. No fridge but plenty of ice.

The staff are so nice and welcoming! Kids had a blast in the pool, and room was clean and comfortable.
