歐申斯普林斯戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Ocean Springs)

Infested with roachs my wife was woke out her sleep by roaches crawling on her in bed all the way down to us leaving and her killing a roach in her pant leg at a funeral that we were attending in town. Do not recommend seriously stay away .

I like that the staff. They are really nice and understanding! That means so much when someone has a understanding

Tv was broke nor was it fixed, hair dryer broke, toilet tank not fastened to the bottom half, chair was broke. The whole room and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Old pizza in the fridge plus it was not working so it was hot and it stunk.

I didn't like that the room had alot of roaches in it. In the bathroom, in the bed. On the walls and on the night stands.

The lady front desk clerk was very wonderful in checking me n making sure everything was nice n clean in our room .A very very gud hotel..

Well I just like the convenience to other businesses such as restaurants and gas stations Plus the price of around 60 or $65 I just find that you can't beat it

this place is horrible. we had 3 rooms and one of them the bathtub wasn't clean it had a black ring around the tub and no shower curtain. one of the rooms smelled like someone died in it and we got switched to another room. the last room didn't have a garbage can in it. there were dead bugs all over the floor. the bed we slept in was coming apart on the sides. pillows were no good. they have a lot of shady people walking around the hotel. They didn't come tidy our rooms when they were cleaning the rooms. didn't ask if we needed anything. none of the rooms has the correct number of towels for people to be able to take showers. we will not stay here again. when I booked this place on ********** I didn't see where it said it was a 2-star hotel. I saw good pictures of the room. well, we looked on the actual site for days inn and the pictures looked terrible. they were actual pictures of people who had recently stayed there. they charged our card before we even checked into the hotel. They told me when I called that they charged the card to assign us to our rooms and put a hold on them and that we could pay with either cash or another card when we got there. but when we all went to check into our rooms, they told us we couldn't do that unless we called, and I had called that morning about it. the front desk staff is horrible and doesn't relay messages to the afternoon staff like they should. We are going to call the hotel chain and send them the pictures that have been taken.

Room was supposed to be clean but no towels were left in the room called front desk twice had to go get towels myself and the a/c didn’t work very well it was hot inside the room

The lady at the desk was very nice. The king suite we reserved smelled like smoke but was a non smoking room. She gladly and nicely let us move to a room with 2 queen beds. She let me go look at the room with the queen beds before accepting it. She was very nice and couldn’t have handled the situation any better. We will be staying with them again!
