Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows

El hotel estaba bello la atención espectacular al igual q la limpieza no había un detalle la vista de la piscina era hermosa y acogedora se respiraba paz y tranquilidad en el restaurante la comida estaba esquista y el desayuno en el bufé era bastante amplio aunque el precio estaba un poco alto pero me encantó porque todo Asia un completo todo estaba cubierto al detalle y estaba ubicado en el dentro y la estación de trenes quedaba a 4 min por lo q cumplió mis espertativas

Muy lindo hotel

The rooms are well beyond needing a refresh. A majority of the power outlets didn’t work, the AC ran full cold for our 2-day stay - ever got cool, and the bedding was worn out. I expected better for an Embassy Suites. The atrium area is very noisy so refined l recommend you choose a room in the corners for quiet.

I love this hotel! I have been coming here for years. I have never had any real problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My family and I really enjoy the embassy suites. We actually seek them out when traveling. However this time was different because of a few reasons. Between the evaluators not working or not enough blankets in the hotel to give us, to the toilet getting clogged and not allowing us a later checkout. Again we love the hotels, this time was just a little frustrating.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. The bed was comfy and tv’s were a nice size for a hotel. Cons: There are 2 elevators on each side and both of them on our side were broken, the hotel was full that night too so it made it difficult to use the elevator when only two were working for the amount of people staying in the hotel. I booked 2 rooms for my family and there was no hot water in either room— it was luke warm at best. The front desk, while friendly, called my room 3 times in the middle of the night (at 1am, 1:15am, 5am) to ask me if my smoke detector was going off. No, it wasn’t. They said they had a notification that it was… and it wasn’t… 3 times. There was air conditioners/fans on the roof right outside our bedroom window and they were very loud. I usually love Embassy Suites hotels, but I would not stay at this one again.

The hotel needs painting. Room 634 water was luke warm, shower faucet needed cleaned with vinegar. Not many holes letting water out.

The room was not ready upon arrival , took three hours for the room to become available. Hotel charged my card knowing the room wouldn’t be ready. Checked in around 6:45, no complimentary resolutions provided, not even a sorry. don’t try to call the front desk they will not answer . The quality of this property has declined over the years. Can find a better/ more modern hotel for the same price in town center.

The buffet breakfast is the best ever!!! The only complaint is the room we received shower was stopped up and there was hair all over the bathroom, but other than that the stay was fine. You just cannot beat the breakfast!
