Todo bastante bien, rápida atención , cómodo y desayuno muy tico, que podría ser mejor

I had a terrible experience, from the minute I was greeted. I’ve stayed at this property before & because of status I always receive an upgrade & it has been a very pleasant stay. However this time I wasn’t greeted properly & treated nice. I informed while checking in about a possible upgrade she denied to to me. The property had plenty of rooms available & I triple checked before I asked. However she was rude & not willing to help. I asked if I could speak with someone else she said she was the only one & it would need to be the following day however I was checking out the next day. The property is nice & I’ve always enjoyed the amenities. But if this new staff is going to be treating the guest this way I would not be going back

10 minute walk to beach. Reception was very nice with great communication. There is a restaurant with good selection. Property is very clean. A solid 8 out of 10 rating. Very positive impression. Staff is very happy and pleasant. A yes to stay.

Very well maintained property. Any problems were addressed and fixed immediately. 24 hour security. Friendly and helpful staff.

Wi fi was a little spotty.

No communication from the property. Greedy and wouldn't accommodate an emergency for a customer. Terrible hotel

Great place comfortable to be with family and friends, safe and with quality front desk service.

The suite has everything you need: stoves, roaster, microwave, dishwasher, cooking wares. There is a washer and dryer. It is a really nice one bedroom apartment. The only problem I had was the street sign of the hotel says “Oceano”. It is confusing and took me a while to find it

I found 5 cockroaches in my bedroom. The entire hotel is dirty and in bad condition. I’m not being picky, but the basic cleaning is not really there. Team members from the hotel are not really friendly. That’s all. A lot of repairs need to be done
