「令人失望的住宿體驗。首先是冰箱壞了，打了兩次電話給前台，前台才換了一台新的。早上想藉熨斗，等了好久才有人送來，送來之後發現熨斗的插頭插不上房間的插座。之後又等了很久，因為要去機場，所以沒時間再等了。 退房後等計程車時，雖然已經在大廳坐了好一會兒，卻沒想起放在房間冰箱裡的優格。雖然酸奶是很久以前在茂物巧克力店買的，當時很想喝點冰酸奶，但還是忘了，走到很遠才想起來😢😢😢 飯店工作人員根本沒去檢查房間裡有沒有剩餘物品，態度很冷漠😩😩 總的來說，所有的服務都令人失望」

「Location: Hotel area is ok, located just next to Kuningan Mall but because it's just right at a diverging traffic lanes, traffic is horrible when travelling out of the hotel. Service from staff is great and most have been generally helpful and polite. My only gripe with the hotel is that it's a bit old, even the towels looks old and the white lightings used in the rooms and common areas makes the hotel lobby looks more like a office building rather than a hotel. White lightings used in the room makes it not so comfortable to stay and sleep in, especially if I am travelling with my partner. The main reason I will not book this hotel again is because of the white lights and nothing to do with the staff's services. Didnt use much of the hotel's facilities to make any fair comments. Cleaning of the room can be improved with more attention being paid to details but not a deal breaker for me.」
