I visited jaipur for ipl match. I booked my hotel triveni residency through make my trip. Excellent hotel to stay. Very good location, very obedient staff, very good room service. I must appreciate reception staff, pertticularly mr vikram rathore. He is a very nice person. I am very thankful to make my trip for providing me such a nice stay. L recommend everyone for this stay. I love make my trip.

It’s a decent hotel with good people around. All persons are sweet and helpful. All tourist places are near by including airport. Accessible by auto with reasonable price

Hotel was very basic considering price paid for. No toiletries provided. No food options. However, rooms were clean and staff were very courteous.

The images shown do not match with the actual rooms. Rooms are messy, bathrooms stink. Looks like very old property. Room walls have stains all over. Will never recommend anyone to stay here.

It was a terrible stay at there. Room was literally pathetic. It was most worst room till date. Mattres was broken, room was so dirty and smelly.

The hotel is centrally located with all amenities nearby. Reception aas good ant h services apt.

On first night, i found insects like cockroaches in my room. Also bathroom was not neat and clean. So next day i have to check out. I found this as terrible experience.

Nice location and good and peaceful point. hotel is clean. open garden in awesome. little thing that it made old and wallpaper of walls was all tear.

Hotel staff is very gentle & helpful. I only face one problem because of my late come back. From the meeting that was early close up of their restaurants. And they say in a polite manner "we strictly bound to timing" that line get my heart

From the outside the hotel is good and the location is also good. But the room allocated to us was bad. The room was not well maintained, bed sheet was old, bathroom was not clean, etc.

The rooms were poorly cleaned and the bathroom were stinking like anything. Even after asking them to clean and freshen the bathroom, there was still a peculiar smell that was not going away and i didn’t like the overall experience of staying in this hotel
