紀念品薄荷酒店(Souvenir Peppermint)

I booked a room throught their app & it was my mistake that without seeing room I paid full amount, When I entered in room I was facing difficulty to open as key was not accessable easily, Later i found that there is no tissue paper in restroom, Towels seems like we are staying in dormitory rooms at bus stand,Table in room was placed with spot, TV control remote was not accessable easily, Front office person sent a person with me in room & he even didn't ask single time to carry my luggage as was very tired, No security person was there to guide you & help open a entrance gate, After spending 15 mins in room I went to reception with my luggage & asked Front office person to check out my room, He shared his GM number which was connected at front office I called & it was directly ringing at landline which was placed at counter (front office) seems like I don't know anything????? Later after asking me to provide number of his ***ager he shared visiting card, Front office ***ager was explaining me about refund policies but not even a said single word that if their guests don't feel comfortable while check-in then we can talk to ***agement about your refund, Not acceptable, I'm not going to share such kind of hotels with anyone in future, ***agement I want my refund asoney earns by someone is very hardly,or else will share review again. Thank you

We were two familes stayed for one night in two Quad rooms. Rooms are speciaous and clean. Behaviour of staff is also very good. I had booked and then cancelled my booking earlier after reading negatvie reviews. But again after few days I booked the same hotel with fear but it was a great stay at Souvenir Peppermint. We booked taxi linked with this hotel from Aamaan Tour & Travels . It was quite economical and comfortable sight seing with our driver Mr Vikky Meena who helped as tour guide also.

hotel sarang palace a great hotel in jaipur , this is the great experience at hotel sarang , room was proper clean , staff was helpful , amazing hospitality, great view and rooftop was very beautiful , we are so happy at stay there

I recently visited to Jaipur & had my stay here with my family. We booked 2 deluxe rooms , although the rooms were spacious & clean , the shower area in the bathroom got clogged . When we complained about it & requested to change the room , one of the staff initiated to repair it which took around 30-45 mins - which clearly resulted into unpleasant stay. Also the position of the extra bed was right beneath the lamp which was really inconvenient as i was unable to rest my back. Not only this , before we checked in we waited for around 20 mins in the waiting area as the identity proofs verification took longer than expected. Despite us showing the aadhar card photo proof (front side), they stressed on de***ding the (back side) picture & refused to allow us to check in until we got it - which I honestly think , this could have waited until we checked into the rooms since we were really tired & had already shown the front side of the adhar proof We were also not informed about the swimming pool maintenance while we booked the hotel - mainly because the information was not provided- when I confronted about it , the receptionist started arguing stating it was already mentioned although he did not have proof to support his side of argument. We ordered butter toast which took longer than expected to be delivered in our room. Overall i would say the staff & ***agement is not really up to the mark although the room service in terms of delivering the essentials were prompt.

Good & helpful staff. Good room with nice city views. Services are good. Good food & breakfast. Location is near the city. The front staff very helpful. Specially Mr shiv the front staff very nice person. Thanks peppermint team for making the stay good

This is 4 star property at jaipur.all staff behaviour is good. Clean room. Front office staff Mr Jitu very helpful.very smoothly check in & check out.thank you for your good services team peppermint. I visit again.
