拉賈斯坦宮飯店(Hotel Rajasthan Palace)

A l arrivée , on m a donné une chambre assez froide et triste, sans aucune vue. On m a changé de chambre pour une plus sympathique avec vue devant l hôtel. Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas correctement et le bruit passe , mais heureusement pas de bruit de route car l hôtel est en retrait. S il n y a pas de mariage en face, vous pourrez dormir… Le personnel est aux petits soins et fait le maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable. Les repas sont très corrects, le petit déjeuner aussi et la piscine magnifique. Que de***der de plus ?

If you’re a foreigner you’d probably be better off staying somewhere else. The hotel is dirty; the rooms are very basic; hot water is a sometime thing; air conditioning is finicky. You’d think that they haven’t done a lot of improvement or maintenance since Winston Churchill was Secretary of State for the Colonies. The hotel offers very little in the way of services. They can get your laundry done and call you a taxi, but that seems to be about it. Want a tourist map of the city? Go find a store that will sell you one. (Good luck.) Want a recommendation for a restaurant? They don’t have a list of recommended places. Whoever is at the front desk will just tell you his or her personal preferences, which may or may not be up to your liking or personal standards, and there doesn’t seem to be a decent restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast is meager and only occasionally replenished if a serving dish is empty. Tables are not kept stocked with eating utensils, napkins and other necessities. You may need to loot supplies from another table. Wifi is intermittent. It took me a while to check out because their handheld POS devices couldn’t connect to their bank, making it impossible to pay with a card until the connection was restored. The pool area that they show in their pictures online is quite attractive, but the rest of the place is nondescript. You’ll need a taxi or tuktuk to get anywhere you want to go, though you can easily get a tuktuk on the main road, which is only about 100 meters away. 200 rupees will get you to the major tourist sites in town — Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), City Palace and several big bazars. If you’re looking for a “heritage hotel” experience, there are ***y other choices, though you’ll probably pay a bit more.

highlight of this hotel is definitely the rooftop pool. although it is a little foggy. It’s definitely a pretty spot to be.. The rooms them selves are fine. The showers had terrible water pressure and no hot water. The breakfast was OK but not great. Really good location. Next to some great restaurants and close to the sites. Has a lovely garden and courtyard.

Property location was good. Room space was average. Food is also average.

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Rajasthan Palace including NYE. It’s a wonderful place to stay perfectly located just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Jaipur. The staff was friendly, attentive and on point. Breakfast was excellent with a different menu every day. Rooms are spacious and clean, with big bathrooms. The heritage building is kept in great shape and I wish we had time and warm weather to dip in the pool. We would stay here again without hesitation. Also, the Hotel Rajasthan Palace NYE party was amazing: the food for the evening with the traditional dancers and music from the area made for a NYE celebration we’ll never ever forget, forever unmatched in its quality and specificity.

Perfect place for a tour in Jaipur. The rooms, place, swimming pool were perfect. The Bapu bazar for shopping is close by (1.5km) and so is Hawa Mahal. Coming to the rooms, they are just alright for a couple pax stay. The beds were comfortable & the breakfast was good with not too ***y options but we're tasty.

Staying at this hotel in Jaipur felt like stepping into a palace with its stunning architecture and regal ambiance. The exterior and interior design were truly impressive. However, the experience was somewhat da****ed by the bedding and breakfast, which were just okay. The bedding could have been more comfortable, and the breakfast selection was limited. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff was friendly and the overall service was satisfactory. If you're looking for a hotel with a palace-like charm, this place is worth considering

Cons - Service. For such a city and state that pride themselves on hospitality, the service was sub-par. There were ***y tiny instances where the staff could be more professional but I'd like to particularly report this once incident of a staff member calling another staff member of North Eastern descent some racial slurs in front of us. We were shocked to say the least at such unprofessional insensitive conduct. Pros - The hotel is in a really nice central location. The building architecture and the rooftop pool are absolutely breathtaking. Rooms are comfortable although some of the electrical fittings are too outdated and need replacement.

Thank you for our stay and appreciate delicious breakfast, very quiet place, central to ***y tourist attractions, the staff were all kind , polite and served us well. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. I have shared some photos of the room that we stayed in and everything was clean , neat and comfortable. The shower was amazing too! Tea and coffee facilities with a fridge was welcoming for me as I enjoy my warm drinks. We also got recommended taxi drivers from the hotel so that was really helpful and they too were reliable. Overall, an excellent experience and thank you to all the staff and team at Rajasthan Palace Hotel. If I were to return in the future, I would certainly consider staying here. Thank you so much 😊
