Excellent Hôtel , compte tenu des prix applicables. Best position sur la plage de Jambiani. Hôtel et des bungalows éparpillés sur un terrain planté de cocotiers et autres plantes tropicales. Chambres coquettes, mobilier Zanzibari. Une piscine à couper le souffle à 2 pas de l'océan. Personnel très compétant. Langue swahili anglais mais aussi français.

Déception complète !!! Hôtel vide à notre arrivee, L'extérieur est joli la piscine également. Beaucoup de chats !!! Chambre simple avec des tissus en guise de rideau impossible de dormir. Salle de bain dans son jus.. lavabo ancien propreté à revoir.. Plage pleine d'algues. Nous sommes partis au bout d'une nuit !!! secteur très très calme

We arrived at noon time. Our Room was old, dirty and poor. We try to change Hotel, but the owner don't agree to give us money back. We anyway cancel our reservation by *********** and loose 50 % of US$ 980 but even if we would loose 100 % we will not stay there. This hotel is simply worse! Please see the picture. The hotel dont serve any alcohol (thr owner is muslim) and you can just buy big bottrls if wather, Cocke and simikar. Wr live the Hotel at the same day. THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE AND *********** HOTELD.COM ETC. ARE FAKE! Maybe this picture are 20 years old :-)

les photos datent d’il y a des années l’hôtel est très loin de ressembler à ça,les 3 étoiles ? C’est 3 étoiles de médiocrité,ne vous fier pas aux bons commentaires gentiment écrits par leur entourage.

The location is perfect, directly on the long, nice and pretty calm Jambiani beach. The hotel has a large garden with flowers and palm trees around the pool area. Some sun beds directly on the beach (with a small fence so vendors not walking straight in) Good breakfast. We had a large basic room eith big bed and huge balcony with excellent sea view.

Very good hotel with great workers. Very well located in front of the beautiful sea. Thank you for everything !

very very very good staff.outstanding customer service.but the hotel rooms really bad and disgusting.owner should spend money to improve the situation.full mark for the staff and zero for the rooms.pool and sea view very nice.many thanks again for the amazing staff specially Saidi ,Amer,Hagi,Shadida.

Rommene ganske rene, strøm og vann er borte av og til, har ikke safe i rommet. Til frokost kan bare få maks 2 egg ikke mer, vannet må kjøpes til frokost også. Det finnes ikke frokostbuffe, mulig å få 2 egg (kokst, stekt eller omlet) eller panekakke. Servive: de bruker å svare "POLE POLE". Det betyr sakte sakte. Da var service Pole Pole :)
