威廉斯堡度假鄉村旅館(Vacation Village at Williamsburg)

David at checkin was great but the other 5 ladies at checkin were not helpful and had other things to do besides help checkin someone that booked through *******.

The unit we were placed in was very run down. In my bathroom the toilet paper holder kept falling off the toilet paper was literally thrown on the floor. The heat made a horrible noise and smell matinence looked at it and did nothing 😒 the microwave was used once and creamated our tv dinner. Worst was stuff went misding from out room and other items were moved like the maid was in our condo when we were away.

The master bed was very uncomfortable and hard like cardboard. The jacuzzi ran out of hot water by the time it was as a quarter of a ways filled, so I had to try to boil water to put in the tub so it would be somewhat hot enough.

I always enjoy but this time I had to come back to get a parking pass the only I had was only gud for one day smh I was only staying two.i thought dat was an inconvenience

Came for a weekend of shopping. Perfect location to the outlets and other shopping areas, as well as restaurants would definitely stay again felt very safe and was very quiet.

My son and I went for a weekend getaway. This resort met our needs in terms of cost, amenities and location. The pool and hot tub were clean. We appreciated having designated adult only swim hours. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. We were never asked to do a timeshare tour which was fine with us. While we were in Williamsburg, we enjoyed favorite restaurants, outlet shopping and axe throwing.

Everything was great! The front desk staff was excellent. Anything that I asked for was promptly delivered.

We really liked how friendly the staff was and we were able to check in early. The housekeeping staff needs to work a bit on the cleanliness. The floors were not clean and had hair on them when we arrived. Not just one or two pieces either. The whole place could really use a deep clean. I also noticed that the gutters are full and needed to be cleaned out. We enjoyed our time here. The two bedroom suites are so nice for families that are staying there.
