The facility and staff were top notch as usual. This is not my first time staying and it won’t be my last. Very convenient to Water Country and Busch Gardens along with Targets right across the street. 5/5

When I made reservation I should have made for 5 nights and made for only 4 and I called back to ******* and was told to do separate reservation for extra night because otherwise I would be "penalized" for changing the reservation. It turned out that I was penalized anyway because I had to an extra "incidental fee" per room for the extra night after already paying it initially and it although refundable they hold it for 3-10 days after checkout.

Plugs next to the bed didn’t work. I had to plug my phone at the desk. The sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bathroom was small and dark. The tub was clogged, water would build up as I was shower. Luckily I found no bugs in the bed. Had to keep the AC cranked to drown out the noise of people at the pool and in the hall.

I should have known for a $60 stay. The hotel is in a state of construction- everywhere. The room is old, tv doesn’t work unless you go ask the clerk how to use it, because the front desk phone doesn’t work- mirror had toothpaste splatters, sink and tub were ewww. I don’t normally complain- but this was uncomfortable. Breakfast was nearly nothing- coffee tasted like pot had not been cleaned out in forever.

I understand that the hotel is under renovation but the cleanliness was very poor. At the entrance of the room, it was a mess the only good thing was that the room was clean

The room was fine. It said the in the email and online that a hit breakfast was provided, but it was only a continental breakfast. Also it took a long time for the shower to warm up to use
