However, the property can feels a bit impersonal and lacks the warmth and character of classic luxury hotels. LOCATION: The hotel is located near major commercial and business districts. And the surrounding area can be quite congested and noisy, which may be a drawback for those seeking a more peaceful retreat. DINE + DRINK: The property offers a range of dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty Indian restaurant, and a stylish bar(MADIZA). While stylish and cool, the prices of the drinks at the bar were on the higher end! ROOM: We stayed in Room 307, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Random view of the Swimming pool and quirky looking Electricity towers!; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: decent quality toiletries FACILITIES: Good-sized MODERN Gym fitted with a full range of weights and Cardio machines, good enough for a full-on workout. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

We had to make sudden plans to visit to visit Jammu for our wedding anniversary. The check in was smooth process.Upon knowing that we are here for our anniversary.The staff decorate our room beautifully and even arrange a delicious cake for us..Thanks for making our stay the best one!

One of the best hotels in Jammu. Visited the hotel for 1st time. Had an amazing stay. Thanks to all the staff members for making the stay a memorable one. Amenities were all up to the mark. Food was amazing, loved the room and the view. Thanks to front desk staff for accommodating our requests. Thank you Radisson and staff.

The location is on the national highway which makes it easily accessible. The ambience is good. The food both vegetarian and non-vegetarian is quite delicious. Thronged by local as well as tourists is always full with customers reflecting their obvious choice.

Checked into the hotel after driving down from Srinagar for 9 hours dead tired. Not even a customary glass of water is asked. It's just kept on the side for self help. What surprises me is that these days hotels are only bothered about their payment. Which generally used to be taken on check out but now a days it's taken up front making one feel as if one is going to run away without paying. Now comes the room spacious room but pathetic AC . These centrally cooled rooms have the worst performance. The room temperature is set centrally and the ac on of switch and control panel is just for show. Asked for a table fan which is non existent no one bothers to call and tell me they don't have one. Asked for a TV guy to be sent no one comes. The worst kind of hotel I have stayed in . Stayed at the Vivanta on my way to Srinagar. They had such a warm front desk and even had a table fan For extra comfort. I thought we will try another chain on our way back and hence booked this hotel but sad i shouldnt have. Not looking forward to staying here ever again.

there is so god and jyoti service was so good i was so happy come with family in radisson group and also his tapri tea is so god and chef sahil in bakery his talking behavior is so good . ours family is say him to his taliing behaviour is good and also he was a good boy

entry point chaos could be removed / made easier by relocating the tempos/bus stand after taking up with local authorities

The staff here were very helpful and friendly ! I felt very comfortable staying here! Bed was super comfy! The food was such a delight! I’m happy they can do no onion and garlic if requested! I also loved the shower and separate bathtub. Felt very luxurious! Beautiful pool as well. Wish I could move in there !

Nice hotel in Jammu city. Located on Jammu-kashmir National Highway number 44. Very close to Jammu Tawi Railway station from where one can have trains to most parts of India. Building design is great. Approach is nice. Parking area is ample. Most of the scenic areas of Jammu are Very near to this hotel. Overall a great place to enjoy your trip while at JAMMU.
