雅思威國際酒店(Yashwee International Hotel)

I had booked 2 rooms and requested for adjacent rooms as i was travel-ling with family. While my other additional requests were catered i was not informed in advance that 2 premium deluxe rooms aren't available on 1 floor. So ideally each floor has one suite, 1 premium room and rest all deluxe. So my experience was soiled at arrival. I wasnt informed about this until i arrived and had to adjust with one downgraded room (with no financial adjustment to the full prepayment made. I must accept the location is prime and mid way to any part of the city(my prime reason to have selected this hotel. Food was good, the service needs a special mention. I had a weird incident that i had waiter barge (no knock or ringing bell) in open door room asking if food tray could be picked. The food has just arrived 20 minutes back. My experience made me realise that yashwee isnt bothered about customer it's bothered about its business. I regret having selected yashwee over sonnet.

Approach to the hotel is too shady. Rooms can be upgraded. Need immediate maintenance. Food options in breakfast can be increased.

Excellent stay, very nice service, i am always book this hotel, breakfast and dinner is also good and verity of choice. Hotel is also in good location.

Hotel charges are like 3 star hotel but lacks basic amenities like hair dryer, slippers, mini fridge etc. Food is good. Breakfast variety is limited. Bathrooms & room flooring need maintainance.

Very high standard hotel, delightfully food, have a very good restaurant and bar, very good workers and staff

Hotel is centrally located and easily accessible from different parts of the town. Main market area is close by. Food quality is amazing and they have a good spread of cuisines in their menu. Service staff are courteous and friendly. Only con during my stay was noisy ac and weak wifi in my room.

Wonderful stay and hospitality. Great place to spend time with all amenities provided and good experience.

Hotel's house keeping team should be more careful about of upkeepment of rooms. Many times i stayed there, faced same problem

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we had breakfast included. They have a restaurant called chestnut at the ground floor - the food there was amazing. The room was decently big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Overall a nice experience!
