O lugar é simplesmente encantador, seguro e limpo. A acomodação foi perfeita. Um lugar próximo do centro de Punda e próximo de muitos pontos turísticos. Preço acessível e excelente qualidade de serviço.

Wifi in room was very weak. Kept losing connection. Housekeeping was cursory but efficient. Poolside restaurant had good food.

Nice rooms, friendly service, restaurant on the premises, entertainment at night, close to the beaches and tourist sites.

Well....... first off, I don't agree with how I was treated at the front desk. I'll leave it as that. I'll just go to a different hotel from now on. The shower space was extremely small. Like....way to small.

Pictures are definitely more appealing than real life…. it was an ok place to sleep (the room was TINY with no outside space) but not a place I wanted to spend any time at. They offer shuttles to Mambo beach, the grocery store and Punda which is helpful but would recommend renting a car or staying somewhere more central. I used the gym daily, it was filthy, disorganized and had very few weights / pieces of equipment to use- no free weights at all, just plates that go onto a rusty bar and leave rust on your hands when you try and improvise and one pair of kettle bells….

This property was a great stay. There were a lot of factors that didn’t allow me to give this a 10/10. Currently, the gym and spa are under renovations. I did get a massage from Christine that was great in an alternate location the resort provided. They are upgrading right now so they can have no control of that. It was just closed at the time that I went. The room looked a lot smaller than the pictures online. We ordered Dinner from the hotel and it takes about 45 minutes to be prepared so I’d say order ahead of time or don’t go when you’re starving. Unlike other resorts, this was not all inclusive so expect to pay for everything, even bottle water that doesn’t come in the room. Although it took us an hour to check in around 5PM, the staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, which made it pleasant.
