There was no toilet paper at all in the room, the towels were stained, and the floors desperately needed swept! Also, there was a large gap in the door going outside and could hear the wind whipping through the gap!

There wasn’t a breakfast like they said and the room smelled like swimming pool water . However, the Customer service was nice. The cleaning lady was sweet and very pro active. So over all it was a nice stay.

Only problem was they needed to see my wifes and i "ID" since we got a room with 2 queen beds, my wife has a CPAP and its a little loud for me to sleep next to overall cheap night clean room right on the *****

Everything was close to what we wanted to do. Nice restaurants a little entertainment will stay here again.

not enough parking very rude maintenance worker a lot of very rough clientel will never go back

The parking lot was way to small. It was old and outdated. I knew I didnt want to stay the second we pulled in. My husband said lets just give it a try. The lady at the front desk was friendly. Thats about the only good thing. We checked in ,opened our door the room wasn't even cleaned yet. We got a refund and left. Wouldn't even consider staying again

This hotel picks and chooses who can stay. If someone stays temporarily in Branson and wants to stay here later, this hotel will deny people who stayed previously in Branson to stay at their hotel. Then if you pay online, they will say you will get a refund in 8 to 10 days but you will never get a refund. This is a very bad reflection of Branson hospitatility.

Pleasant check-in. Easy access to the room. Bed extremely comfortable and shower terrific. What an unbelievable value!!

I don't know what was bigger, the check in ladies fake eye lashes, or her attitude, and her eye lashes were easily visible from 100 yards away. It was going to be our new go to hotel, but she's just so damn rude we'll never be back. Every time I dealt with her I was blown away how much of an attitude she has. I've stayed at many, many hotels, never have I had such a bad experience worth the front desk woman. Normally I'd say lady, but there's nothing ladylike about this one. I think her attitude was bigger than the hotel itself.
