Good location, good service,,, The recipients Mr Nawaf Alahmari was very professional and very helpful with great personality.. Nice location of the hotel with good facilities.. They have 2 spa for ladies and gents. The lobby is big and beautiful.

第一次來到吉達，選擇了個平價酒店，整體還可以，就是設施一般，首先停車就很麻煩，停車場需要繞一大圈到酒店後門進入很窄的停車場，酒店大堂門口也是停車特別不方便，比較差的一次入住體驗。

Amazing service and very friendly staff, definitely I am considering Mercure Jeddah as my second home. The service, the cleanliness and the staff hospitality is beyond expectation I would recommend to anyone whom is looking for a nice stay in Jeddah

We stayed two nights at this hotel which is located along Al Iskandariyyah street very close to the Middle Corniche. The hotel has a parking area where the parking spaces are in pairs between the columns but their are very small so that each car occupies two spaces. However, availability is good and we had no problems parking (there is also easy parking along the road). Despite having arrived very early we were given the room which was large, with a good bathroom (which need soime renovation) and wifi service. One or two more electrical sockets should be placed in the room for recharging cell phones and a camera. The buffet breakfast is really excellent and with a lot of choice. In the evening in less than 10 minutes on foot we went for a walk to the Corniche. Even if we had to change room the second night due to a problem with the code lock on the door, we certainly give a very positive opinion and recommend this hotel both for the above and for the good value for money.

1. I had european devices. No converters were available . This was my 3rd hotel in ksa and the onlz one that didnt have converter. The reception tried to work the problem out, sent me a technician who made a temp solition for one device but honesyly this was so bad . Not having converter 2. While being out i tried to contact the reception many times as i needed to ask about atms around . It was after midnight, 5 times i called and nobodz replied 3. The hotel is very far away from jeddah center 4. Room is cold even though weather is hot and ac i turned off. 5. I went to 3 hotels as said in 10 days in ksa, this is the least i enjoyed. 6. I honestly wouldnt consider coming ti this hotel again although the staff are so friendly but i had the impression that when i needed support , nothing happened . But the people's attitude was friendly to be honest but at the end of the day i wouldnt come again

Was a short stopover, the wifi is horrible. Very slow and not high speed. I just cannot do business like this. There were many dark spots whereby the wifi was altogether non existent. For this reason I would not stay in this hotel again. The breakfast was good and location is right opposite the corniche but it does not work forme.
