We went to get in the pool and got tube even called them about it when we got there pool was cold and hot tube was broken very disappointed should of told me when i called about it

Stayed 3 nights. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The super small square pillows on the king bed was not ideal. There is construction going on in the front of the hotel so you enter through the back, this was not a big deal at all. We had plenty of parking to choose from. Did not use the pool but we did look at it and it looked nice and clean. The area was nice with several restraunts and shopping near by.

For the rate we paid per night we were content. We just think the overall establishment could be a little better upgraded. We were just up staying at this same hotel about a month ago and the front lobby entrance was still closed for construction. We would have liked for the pillows to be bigger.

I was not pleased at All by the hotel I booked it for my niece's birthday party the whole point of staying at the hotel was to go swimming in the indoor pool in the hot tub when I got to the pool area it was freezing cold in the inside and the hot tub was shut down so that kind of defeated the whole purpose of going there to begin with the kids got the only swim for less than an hour because they were freezing to death no one ever mentioned to me that the hot tub was down and I had called the morning before and spoke to them about my reservation still no one had mentioned that to me my niece was very disappointed and so are the rest of the kids

Multiple holes in the walls first two rooms had trash all over it not even clean pool nor hot tube worked shady people in lobby all hours asked me to play for the damage to rooms that I didn’t even stay in.

Horrible service. Hardly working the desk. Could not access pool when wanting to use it. Refrigerator in room did not work. Room never got to a cool temperature. Out dated. Awful breakfast and cold food

It was close to everything I needed. Plenty of food and snacks within walking distance and a liquor store just a mile away. Will be staying here again.

Absolutely great place to stay... Great morn'in breakfast! Pool and spa well maintained...

Entire hotel smells like mold, staff was rude, refrigerator in room didn’t work, pillows are incredibly tiny and super uncomfortable, pool area was unmaintained and gross, HIGHLY regret prepaying for this booking.
